而且伴随幼儿教育体制改革的深入开展和进行，特别是许多公办幼儿园陆续被推向社会、走向市场，参与社会日益激烈的竞争，一些民办幼儿园开始担忧。反思前后，只有积极参与幼儿教育的改革，另辟蹊径，谋求突破，才能找到幼儿园生存和发展的出路；只有采取积极有效的措施增强自身的造血机能，幼儿园才能进入良性循环，幼儿教育才能呈现勃勃生机，真正贯彻和落实国务院办公厅“关于幼儿教育改革与发展指导意见的通知”精神，使幼儿园朝着健康的方向发展。

同时由于社会经济的持续快速发展，城市建设步伐加快，家长和社会对优质教育的需求日益强烈，民办幼儿教育的发展面临着新的形势和挑战。在幼儿教育方面，家长们不愿意自己的孩子“输在起跑线上”，纷纷选择让孩子进入名园、特色园，造成了这些幼儿园教育供不应求的现象；另一方面，民办幼儿园的生存发展，不仅受到社会经济、政治文化等诸多外部因素的影响，也受到幼儿园自身管理运行机制等内部因素的制约，所以一些幼儿园在生源、师资、教育资源等方面都表现出很大的局限性。通过集团化的自主经营管理，运用品牌效应，扩大优质幼儿园教育的规模，正成为市场经济条件下办园体制改革的趋势。

审时度势，结合一些民办幼儿园发展的良好势头，本人提出以股份制和承办制为核心，走集团化发展的办园道路的设想。借助“依托名校办民校”的发展战略，实施“以优质示范幼儿园为依托，创办分园，拓展规模，实现集团化办园”的办学思路，成为幼儿园发展的一个新的发展探索模式。

本文主要分为五个部分。第一部分，论述了本文研究的目的、意义、工具和方法。第二部分，进行了历史文献综述和理论概述。第三部分，主要探讨了民办幼儿园集团化的发展模式。第四部分，进行了实证分析。最后，本文提出自己的建议。总之，集团化的发展模式，将成为民办幼儿园突破发展瓶颈的新思路。
