带式输送机动态特性数值模拟及仿真分析
摘要
带式输送机的动态研究在20世纪就已经开始,主要是在简化力学模型上进行分析,提出一些动态分析的计算公式。

如今,更多的是利用有限元、ADAMS等软件进行数值模拟及仿真分析。

传统的设计基本都是静态分析,分析结果并不十分直观。

因此, 本文采用动态分析的方法对输送机进行分析。

本文主要对带式输送机系统进行了模型简化,简述了带式输送机虚拟样机模型的建立及验证过程,并利用ADAMS软件对模型进行了数值模拟和动态特性仿真,分析比较不同驱动速度有无张紧装置的带式输送机的动态特性。

同时,得出了张紧装置对带式输送机很重要的结论,也说明了虚拟仿真对实际运用有很大的帮助,以及利用ADAMS 软件对其进行虚拟仿真模拟的必要性。

本文对带式输送机的动态仿真分析,不仅可以显著比较不同张紧装置的优劣,还能对模型进行优化设计,从而选择出更经济更合适的方案。

仿真结果表明,张紧装置能让带式输送机运行更稳定,仿真实验能帮助实际应用进行改善优化。

Analysis of dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor and
numerical simulation
Abstract:The dynamic research of belt conveyer has already started in twentieth Century, mainly in the simplified mechanics model, and the calculation formula of some dynamic analysis is presented・ Now, more is the use of finite element and ADAMS software to conduct numerical simulation and the simulation analysis・The traditional design is basically static analysis, the analysis result is not very intuitive. Therefore, this paper uses the method of dynamic analysis to analyze the conveyer.
This article mainly simplifies the model of the belt conveyor system, establishment and validation process of belt conveyor virtual prototype model is introduced, the simulation of numerical simulation and dynamic characteristics is carried out on the model by using the software of ADAMS, the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor are analyzed and compared for different driving speed without tensioning device , for different driving speed with tensioning device・ At the same time, the tensioning device of belt conveyor is very important to the conclusion, also shows that the virtual simulation is of great help to the practical application, and use ADAMS software for the necessity of virtual simulation of the・In this paper, the dynamic simulation of belt conveyor, can not only significantly comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different tensioning device, also can carry on the optimization design on the model, to choose the more appropriate economic plan. The simulation results show that, the tensioning device of belt conveyor can make operation more stable, the simulation experiment can help to optimize the practical applicatio n.
