Title: Exhiition Construction roject Contract

- Logistics and transortation of materials to the venue
- On-site installation and setu of the stand
- Dismantling and storage of the stand after the event

2. Timeline: The Service rovider shall ensure comletion of each stage of the roject within the following timeframe:

6. Intellectual roerty: All designs created for the exhiition stand remain the roerty of the Service rovider unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Exhiitor shall otain all necessary ermissions for any coyrighted or trademarked materials used in the design.
7. Force Majeure: Neither arty shall e liale for delays or failure to erform due to events eyond their reasonale control, including ut not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or other force majeure events.
8. Governing Law and Disute Resolution: This Contract shall e governed y and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disutes arising out of or related to this Contract shall first e attemted to e resolved through negotiation.
