Unit 1 Our school subjects
一、教材分析:
本单元的主要内容是谈论新学期的科目和课程表。

重点是科目的名称以及与此相关的句型。

通过谈论彼此喜欢的科目,在此情境下练习句型What subjects do you like? I like…并学习日常交际用语Welcome back to school. Nice to meet you.本单元重点词汇有:timetable, PE, Science, fun, go to, playground, afternoon, school, subject, see, Chinese, Maths, Art, Music, lesson, Monday.学习字母a在单词中的读音。

二、教学目标:

一、教材分析:
本单元主要围绕一天中什么时间起床、上学、上课、吃饭、娱乐、睡觉而展开,主要词汇和短语有:have lunch, play football, have dinner, go to bed, at night, usually, go to school, in the morning, in the afternoon, go home, homework, watch TV, in the evening.涉及到重点句型是:When do you…? I have/ do/ play/ go to/ …+at+ 时间。

这些句型在前两个单元的学习中都有涉及,并且与学生生活紧密相连。

所以,在本单元的教学中导入新课、创设情境是相对比较容易的。

在课堂上要努力调动学生的兴趣,让学生能够把课堂所学知识应用于实际生活中。

单元教材分析:
本单元的主要学习描述不同季节的气候特征,以及不同季节里人们经常从事的活动。

教师可以先鼓励学生根据自己平时的观察,用已有的语言知识,对当季的气候特征或者当天的天气做简单描述。

在学习目标词汇和新句型后,让学生进行自主描述,体现循序渐进的教学方法。
