1.机组介绍Introduction
WPG247.5B8型柴油发电机组采用潍柴WD10系列柴油机、无锡星诺电气有限公司生产的三相交流发电机、公共底盘和控制屏等组成。

WD247.5/8 diesel generating set is composed of Weichai WD10series diesel engine, three-phase AC generator of Wuxi shine Electrical Ltd., a common chassis , control panel, and so on.
2. 输出功率描述Output description
持续功率：机组在变动负载工况下连续运行的功率。

我公司的机组功率按此功率标定。

Continuous power: Unit continuous operating power in variable load conditions. Our gen-sets according to the power calibration.
3. 标准Implementation of standards

4．环境条件Environmental conditions
4.1机组在下列条件下，应能输出额定功率：Units under the following conditions, should be able to output the rated power :
a）绝对大气压力，PX：100kPa（或海拔高度0米）；
Absolute atmospheric pressure, PX: 100kPa (Or 0 meters above
sea level)
b）环境温度，Tr：298K（25℃）；
Environmental temperature, Tr: 298K (25℃)
c）空气相对湿度Φr：30%。

Relative humidity of the airΦr：30%.
4.2 机组在下列条件下，应能输出规定功率（允许修正功率）并可靠地工作：Units under the following conditions, should be able to output regulation power (allows the correction power) and work reliably: a）海拔高度不超过1000m；
The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;

b）环境温度：下限值5℃，上限值40℃；
Environmental temperature: Lower limit value 5℃，upper limit value 40℃；
c）空气相对湿度：最湿月平均最高相对湿度为90%（25℃）1）Relative humidity of the air: The wettest month average maximum relative humidity is 90%（25℃）
注：1）指该月的月平均最低温度为25℃，月平均最低温度是指该月每天最低温度的月平均值。

7.机组配置Unit configuration
机组柴油机采用潍柴WD10系列柴油机，配套无锡星诺电气有限公司生产的三相无刷交流发电机，柴油机和发电机通过弹性连接，安装在公共底盘上，机组控制屏采用侧屏式结构安装在公共底盘发电机侧的边梁上。

WD385/8 diesel generating set is composed of Weichai WD10 series diesel engine, matching the three-phase Wuxi shine Electrical Company Limited production of brushless AC generator. Diesel engine and the generator connect through an elastic

7.3控制屏Control panels
7.3.1机组控制屏采用自动化发电机组控制器 和罗格朗TCL 电动断路器，工作稳定可靠，能够对机组进行如下控制和操作：启动、怠速/额定转换、停机、紧急停机、蓄电池充电等。

7.3.1 The unit control panel using automated generator controller TCL Electric and Legrand breaker, stable and reliable, able to control and operate the unit as follows: Start, Idle / Rated conversion, shutdown, emergency shutdown, battery charging and so on.
7.3.2 机组控制屏能够对机组如下参数进行测量并显示：三相电压、三相电流、功率、功率因数、频率、运行时间、柴油机的转速、润滑油压力、冷却水温度等。

7.3.2 The unit control panel to set the following parameters can be measured and displayed: three-phase voltage, phase current,
power, power factor, frequency, run time, the engine speed, oil pressure, coolant temperature.
7.3.3机组控制屏具有如下报警保护功能：

7.3.4当机组电压高于机组额定电压的120%时，机组分闸停机，并报警；

7.3.9当柴油机润滑油压力低于0.12Mpa时，报警；当柴油机润滑油压力低于0.08Mpa时，机组分闸停机，并报警；
7.3.9 When the engine when the oil pressure is lower than 0.12Mpa, alarm; when the engine oil pressure is less than 0.08Mpa, opening the unit shut down, and the police;
7.3.10 当柴油机冷却水温高于95+3℃时，机组分闸，并报警；

7.3.11当机组在自动状态时，若三次启动不成功，停止启动，并报警。

8. 机组结构Structure
柴油机和发电机之间采用弹片连接，通过减震器安装在公共底座上，水箱通过刚性连接直接安装在公共底盘上，控制屏采用侧立式结构安装在发电机侧面公共底盘上。

The diesel engine and the generator is connected with shrapnel, mounted on a common base by the shock absorber, water tank through a rigid connection directly mounted on a common chassis, control panel adopts side vertical structure is installed in the generator side public chassis.
