Hello everyone! I am going to share with you what I have learned in Unit 2 of the sixth grade English textbook from TiYiLin.
In this unit, we learned about different ways to express time, such as "in the morning", "in the afternoon", "in the evening" and so on. We also learned how to talk about past events using the simple past tense, like "I played basketball yesterday."
One of the most interesting things we learned in this unit was about daily routines. We learned how to talk about what we do every day, such as "I brush my teeth in the morning" or "I do my homework in the afternoon." It was fun to learn about the different activities people do throughout the day.
We also learned about making plans for the future using the simple future tense, like "I will go shopping tomorrow." It was cool to think about all the things I can do in the future.
Overall, Unit 2 was a lot of fun to learn. I enjoyed practicing talking about my daily routine and making plans for the future. I can't wait to see what we will learn in the next unit!

Hey guys, today I want to tell you all about my awesome day! It happened last weekend and it was so much fun.
In the morning, I woke up early because I was so excited. I had breakfast with my family and then we all went to the park. The weather was so nice and sunny, perfect for a day out. We played frisbee, had a picnic, and even went on a hike in the forest.
I found a snail and a cool rock that I took home. It was so cool!
After the park, we went to my friend's birthday party. It was at a fun place with a big bouncy castle and a slide. We played games, ate cake, and danced to music. I got to see all my friends and we had so much fun together. I even won a prize in one of the games, it was so exciting!
When the party finished, my mom took me to my favorite ice cream shop. I got a huge scoop of chocolate ice cream with sprinkles on top. It was so delicious! We sat outside in the sun and talked about our day. I told her all about the fun things I did and how happy I was.

Hey guys, I wanna tell you all about my super fun weekend! This weekend, my family and I went on a little adventure and did some cool stuff. Let me share with you what we did!

Hello everyone! Today I'm going to tell you about Unit 2 in our English book. It's all about animals and their habitats.
In this unit, we learned about different animals like lions, zebras, and elephants. We also learned about where they live and what they like to eat. It was really interesting to learn about
the different habitats animals have and how they survive in the wild.
One of the activities we did was a research project on our favorite animal. I chose to research about elephants because they are my favorite animals. I found out that elephants live in the savanna and they eat plants and fruits. They are also very social animals and live in groups called herds. I even made a poster with all the information I learned to share with my classmates.
We also played a fun game where we had to match the animal with its habitat. It was a bit challenging but also really fun.
I learned a lot from that game.

My Family
Hey guys, let me tell you about my awesome family! I have a big family with my parents, my grandparents, and my little sister. We all live together in a cozy house.
My dad is really cool. He works hard to provide for our family and he always makes me laugh with his silly jokes. My mom is the best cook ever! She makes the most delicious meals for us every day. I love helping her in the kitchen because I get to taste all the yummy food.
I also have two wonderful grandparents. My grandma loves to tell me stories from when she was young. She has so many interesting things to share. My grandpa is always playing games with me and teaching me new things. He is really good at puzzles!
Last but not least, my little sister is the cutest. She always wants to play with me and we have so much fun together. Sometimes she can be a little annoying, but I still love her.
I am so lucky to have such a loving and caring family. We may have our differences sometimes, but at the end of the day, we always support and love each other. Family is the best!

In this unit, we learned about different kinds of animals and their habitats. It was really interesting to study about animals like lions, elephants, and giraffes. We also learned about the importance of protecting animals and their environment.
One of the activities we did in class was to write a paragraph about our favorite animal. I chose the panda because they are cute and fluffy. I also talked about how pandas are endangered and need our help to survive.
Another fun activity we did was acting out a skit about a zoo.
I played the role of a zookeeper and had to take care of all the animals. It was so much fun pretending to feed the lions and clean up after the monkeys.

Last weekend, my family and I went to the zoo. It was so much fun! I saw lots of cool animals and learned a lot about them.
First, we went to see the lions. They were so big and strong! I learned that lions are called the "king of the jungle" because they are the top predators. They were just lounging in the sun, but I could see their muscles ripple under their shiny fur.
Next, we headed to the elephant exhibit. The elephants were huge! I learned that elephants are the biggest land animals in the world. They were eating hay with their long trunks and spraying

Hey guys, do you know what my favorite holiday is? It's Halloween! I love Halloween because I get to dress up in spooky costumes, go trick-or-treating, and eat lots of candy.
On Halloween night, my friends and I put on our costumes. I dressed up as a scary ghost last year, with a white sheet over my
head and chains hanging from my arms. My friends were a witch, a vampire, and a superhero. We looked so cool!
After we put on our costumes, we grabbed our trick-or-treat bags and headed out to the neighborhood. We knocked on doors and shouted "trick or treat!" Some houses were decorated with pumpkins and ghosts, and others had scary music playing. We collected so much candy, my bag was almost full!
Once we had visited all the houses, we went back to my house to compare our candy hauls. We traded candies and told each other spooky stories. It was so much fun!
Halloween is the best holiday ever because it's all about dressing up, having fun with friends, and eating yummy treats. I can't wait for this year's Halloween to come around again!。
