学情分析
首先，我校存在一个很严重的问题。由于外来务工子女类学生占大多数，学生家长大多数是为了生计而忙碌的缺乏对教育重要性认识的商贩，造成了家庭教育缺失，学生没有良好的甚至固定的学习环境，其英语学习时间就更仅限于学校，所以英语学习对他们而言有些困难。
另外，三年级学生没有任何英语学习的基础，他们聪明、活泼，对英语课充满了好奇心，求知欲。但是有些学生仅仅是表面层次的觉得英语很好玩，所以他们的注意力易分散，容易受其他学生影响。因此关注到每一位学生是上课所必须的。
