本使用手冊是將光陽超級金牌150之正確操作方法與保養調整方法、要領等加以詳細說明以期耐久安全舒適的使用。

本車型符合機車環保法規排放管制標準,因此合乎低污染、低噪音、省能源的環保要求,雖然本車擁有良好的品質,但還是必需實施定期的保養,才能維持最佳的性能。

本⼿冊之內容與實⾞如有所出⼊者,則以實⾞型式為準。

⾞輛識別號碼資訊1.引擎號碼:本機⾞引擎號碼壓印在左曲軸箱後⽅如圖⽰(1):2.⾞架號碼:本機⾞⾞架號碼壓印在⾞架上如圖⽰(2):重要資訊防竊盜烙碼為防⽌您的愛⾞失竊及配合政府打擊竊盜犯罪政策本機⾞交予顧客前在適當位置烙印防竊盜烙碼(如下圖所⽰),其防竊盜烙碼與引擎號碼相同。

◎本圖為範例,其實際各烙碼位置以實車為準。

全車型在座墊下置物箱後方貼有車輛排氣管制資訊貼紙(如下圖所示)有關貼紙其內容如下:1防竊盜烙碼■⾞輛排氣管制資訊2機⾞資料記錄收集此機型的ECU可收集及記錄該機⾞之運轉相關資訊,⽤以協助⾞輛故障診斷及排除。

這些資訊需使⽤光陽專⽤的診斷⼯具連接⾄機⾞的診斷接頭才能取得,例如執⾏保養檢查或維修程序時。

光陽機型可能感知器及記錄資訊因機種⽽異,但主要資訊為:1.機⾞狀態及引擎性能資訊。

2.機⾞噴射與排放相關資訊。

除⾮有下列情形,光陽機⾞公司不會將這些資訊洩漏給第三⽅:1.經⾞輛使⽤⼈及所有者同意。

序言ASDA-A2 系列
安全注意事项
ASDA-A2 系列为一高解析开放型(Open type)的伺服驱动器,操作时须安装于屏蔽式的控 制箱内。 本驱动器利用精密的反馈控制及结合高速运算能力的数字信号处理器 (Digital Signal PRocessor, DSP),来控制 IGBT 产生精确的电流输出,用来驱动三相永磁式同步交流伺服 电机(PMSM)以达到精准的定位。 ASDA-A2 系列可使用于工业应用场合上,且建议安装于使用手册中的配线(电)箱环境(驱 动器、线材及电机都必须安装于符合 UL 环境等级 1 的安装环境最低要求规格)。 在接收检验、安装、配线、操作、维护及检查时,应随时注意以下安全注意事项。 标志「危险」、「警告」及「禁止」代表的涵义:
主电路配线

请不要将动力线和信号线从同一管道内穿过,也不要将其绑扎在一起。配线时, 请使动力线和信号线相隔 30 厘米(11.8 英寸)以上。 对于信号线、编码器(PG)反馈线,请使用多股绞合线以及多芯绞合整体屏蔽 线。对于配线长度,信号输入线最长为 3 米(9.84 英尺) ,PG 反馈线最长为 20 米(65.62 英尺) 。 即使关闭电源,伺服驱动器内部仍然可能会滞留高电压,请暂时(10 分钟)不 要触摸电源端子。并请确认「CHARGE」指示灯熄灭以后,再进行检查作业。 请不要频繁地开关电源。如果需要连续开关电源时,请控制在一分钟一次以下。

说明!提示特别信息将该操作维护说明书和电路图置于燃烧器附近以便随时使用!2. 概述奥林GP-130 M...150M型是全自动可调气体燃烧。

该燃烧器可用于大多数加热设备,如热水锅炉,蒸汽锅炉和空气加热器等。

天然气:第二家族燃气,组H 和 E (设备类别I2H 和I2E)当使用其他非天然气燃气时,必须知道气体成分。

请咨询燃烧器生产厂商该特殊气体的适配性。

必要时,安装压力调节装置使气体减压,燃气量根据蝶阀和气压来调节。

燃烧器已安装风机用以提供必要的空气,通过提供足够高而且稳定的压力来保证燃烧室内气体充分燃烧。

燃烧器调节比为 1:4 (100 - 25 %).最大要求助燃空气量:每10kW需 13 m3助燃空气。

燃烧器自动控制系统控制和监视燃烧器的运行。

燃烧器的功率由单独的负荷控制器控制。

伺服马达和复合调节器根据负荷要求控制空气和燃气比例。

保护等级: IP20控制电压:230 V (-15 %...+10 %), 50 Hz, 单相供给电压:380...420 V, 50 Hz, 3相(440 V, 60 Hz, 3相,如要求)燃烧器运行的前提是:运行时环境温度为 0...+40 °C.首次启动前,要检查以下项目:•连接正常(马达旋向是否正确),•锅炉调节和控制装置的安装是否正确•锅炉及其设备在正常工况下•加热系统中由足够的水•燃烧器能够获得充足的空气•供气管路阀门打开•气体管路充满气体•气体管路检漏测试完成•气压充分•服从锅炉和燃烧器生产厂商的指导说明注意!燃烧器必须稳固安装。

震动会损坏燃烧器和其部件。

注意! 首次试启动前必须排空燃气管。

参见“供气管路的安装实力”章节。

警告! 万一燃气泄漏:- 切勿点火,切勿接触电器设备- 关闭供厂外的主燃料截至阀- 确认泄漏区域内无人- 泄漏区域通风- 采取恰当措施.一旦着火或出现其他危险:- 关闭主开关- 关闭工厂外的主燃料截止阀- 采取恰当措施警告!检查燃烧器或锅炉时,不要用明火焰;锅炉房内禁止贮放任何易燃物。

警告! 燃烧器在开启和运行时,应关闭锅炉门。

警告! 燃烧器操作时请勿触摸复合调节器的杆或复合调节器伸出的调节棒,不要将任何物品靠近它们!警告!如果锅炉房内有噪音,请带上听力保护装置。

正确安装和调试,定期维修是燃烧器无故障运行的最可靠的保障。

说明!在安装或维修燃烧器或供气管路时必须遵守局部规则和要求。

燃烧器的安装要保证马达轴线水平,不允许将燃烧器反装。

安装气阀时,要遵照制造商的说明。

请使用原装配件。

在订购配件时请提供燃烧器铭牌上的燃烧器型号和系列号。

如果进气压力低于30mbar时,燃烧器必须配有一个独立的点火气阀。

4. 燃烧器的安装4.1. 燃烧器的安装锅炉前板必须根据给定尺寸准备。

安装螺栓前螺纹应涂上石墨润滑脂。

改变铰连销的位置,燃烧器可安装在右侧也可安装在左侧。

注意! 晃动燃烧器前应切断燃烧器电源。

4.3. 电路连接燃烧器应根据附带的电路图连接电路,应遵照总体和当地标准以及电器设备的要求。

4.4. 供气管路安装示例经过压力调节器之后的供气管路,必须与调压阀系列的尺寸相同或大一号。

标准气路连接安装在右侧。

警告!气阀前必须安装独立的过滤器。

警告!在连接气压调节装置至管道前,供气管路必须用燃气吹扫。

警告!安装前要先清洁气压调节装置管路。

警告! 气阀上必须无电压。

燃气管的排空连接软管,从气阀或燃气管的排泄阀处打开。

为释放空气,缓慢打开供气回路上的球阀,使管内充满气体。

排空后关闭排泄阀。

实例中的阀可能会与实际供货有所不同。

4.5. 气压调节装置如果进气压力高于燃烧器技术参数给定值Pmax,进气须经压力调节装置减压,如果进气压力不稳定,那么要经压力调节使之稳定。

如果压力调节器未安装安全急泄阀和安全截流阀,需要根据制造商提供的说明进行安装。

任何脉动管的安装必须根据调节器制造商的说明。

安全急泄阀必须按设置值安装,保证燃烧器由于主路中断或其它情况在满负荷下关闭时,安全截流阀不至于释放。

安全截流阀应设置在压力约高于二次压力(=经过压力调节器后的压力)60%时关闭。

安全截流阀的关闭压力不超过Pmax。

安全急泄阀须设置在压力约高于二次压力30%时打开。

进气压力,二次压力,燃气量以及燃气类型都对压力调节器选择有影响。

5. 燃烧器的运行预吹扫与满负荷的空气量同时发生。

同时双电磁阀和点火气阀关闭。

与吹扫阶段完成后点火开始,双电磁阀和点火气阀打开。

燃气被送至喷嘴并被点火火星点燃。

控制器决定点火时间。

火焰在设定的点火负荷下燃烧。

燃烧器运行期间,负荷控制器控制伺服马达根据负荷要求通过杆在部分负荷和满负荷之间调节燃气蝶阀和风门挡板。

如果部分负荷超过功率要求,燃烧器关闭双电磁阀关闭。

标准的供货范围内包括阀漏探测器。

阀漏探测器进行阀漏控制,来测试双电磁阀和点火气阀的气密性。

阀漏探测器执行泄漏控制时,控制器控制关闭后回到启动位置。
