Builtin and predefined groups
Several default groups are installed in the Builtin and Users folders of the Active Directory Users and Computers console when you install a domain controller. These groups are security groups and represent common sets of rights and permissions that you can use to grant certain roles, rights, and permissions to the accounts and groups that you place into the default groups. Default groups with domain local scope are located in the Builtin folder. Predefined groups with global scope are located in the Users folder. You can move the Builtin and predefined groups to other group or organizational unit folders within the domain, but you cannot move them to other domains.
