In the event that the Recipient becomes aware of any non-compliance with environmental laws and regulations by the Issuer, the Recipient shall promptly notify the Issuer in writing. The Issuer shall then take appropriate corrective actions to address the non-compliance within a reasonable timeframe.
This Certificate of Environmental Guarantee shall remain in effect until the products and services provided by the Issuer to the Recipient are completed and delivered.
