第一章总则
第一条为了规范公司内部中英文文章的管理,提高文章质量,保障公司信息传播的准确性和一致性,特制定本制度。
第二条本制度适用于公司内部所有员工撰写、编辑、发布的中英文文章,包括但不限于新闻报道、报告、宣传材料、学术论文等。
第二章文章撰写规范
第三条文章撰写应遵循以下原则:
1. 真实性:文章内容必须真实可靠,不得虚构或夸大事实。
2. 准确性:用词准确,逻辑清晰,避免歧义和误解。
3. 客观性:保持客观公正的态度,避免主观臆断和偏见。
4. 简洁性:文字表达简洁明了,避免冗长和啰嗦。
第四条文章撰写应遵循以下要求:
1. 格式规范:按照公司规定的格式要求撰写文章,包括标题、正文、作者、日期等。
2. 语言规范:中英文文章应分别使用规范的中文和英文语法、词汇和表达方式。
3. 版权意识:引用他人作品时,必须注明出处,并遵守相关版权法规。
第三章文章审核与发布
第五条文章在发布前必须经过以下审核流程:
1. 部门审核:由文章所属部门负责人对文章进行初步审核,确保内容符合部门要求。
2. 编辑审核:由公司指定的编辑对文章进行语言、格式和内容审核。
3. 总经理审核:对重要文章,由总经理或其授权人进行最终审核。
第六条审核通过的 articles,由编辑进行排版,并提交给发布部门进行发布。
第四章文章修订与存档
第七条文章发布后,如发现错误或需要修订,应及时进行修订,并重新经过审核流程。
第八条公司应建立文章存档制度,对已发布的文章进行分类存档,便于查阅和追溯。
第五章责任与奖惩
第九条文章撰写、审核和发布过程中,如出现以下情况,将追究相关人员责任:
1. 故意提供虚假信息;
2. 篡改、伪造文章;
3. 未按照规定进行审核;
4. 未及时进行修订。
第十条对在文章撰写、审核和发布过程中表现突出的员工,公司将给予表彰和奖励。
第六章附则
第十一条本制度由公司行政部负责解释。
第十二条本制度自发布之日起施行。

Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1. In order to standardize the management of Chinese and English articles within the company, improve article quality, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of information dissemination, this regulation is formulated.
Article 2. This regulation applies to all Chinese and English articles written, edited, and published by employees within the company,
including but not limited to news reports, reports, promotional materials, and academic papers.
Chapter II Article Writing Standards
Article 3. Article writing shall follow the following principles:
1. Authenticity: The content of the article must be reliable and true, without fabrication or exaggeration.
2. Accuracy: The language must be accurate, logical, and avoid ambiguity and misunderstanding.
3. Objectivity: Maintain an objective and impartial attitude, avoiding subjective judgment and bias.
4. Conciseness: Expressions should be concise and clear, avoiding wordiness.
Article 4. Article writing shall comply with the following requirements:
1. Format Standards: Write articles according to the prescribed format requirements of the company, including title, main text, author, date, etc.
2. Language Standards: Chinese and English articles should use standard Chinese and English grammar, vocabulary, and expressions respectively.
3. Copyright Awareness: When quoting other works, indicate the source and comply with relevant copyright laws.
Chapter III Article Review and Publication
Article 5. Articles must go through the following review process before publication:
1. Departmental Review: The department responsible for the article shall conduct a preliminary review to ensure that the content meets the department's requirements.
2. Editorial Review: The company's designated editor shall review the article for language, format, and content.
3. General Manager's Review: For important articles, the General Manager or their authorized person shall conduct the final review.
Article 6. After passing the review, articles shall be formatted by the editor and submitted to the publishing department for publication.
Chapter IV Article Revision and Archiving
Article 7. If errors are found or revisions are required after the article is published, they shall be made promptly and go through the review process again.
Article 8. The company shall establish an article archiving system to classify and archive published articles for easy reference and traceability.
Chapter V Responsibility and Rewards
Article 9. If the following situations occur during the writing, review, and publication of articles, the relevant personnel shall be held responsible:
1. Deliberately providing false information;
2. Altering or falsifying articles;
3. Not reviewing in accordance with regulations;
4. Not making timely revisions.
Article 10. Employees who perform outstandingly in article writing, review, and publication will be commended and rewarded by the company.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 11. This regulation shall be interpreted by the company's administrative department.
Article 12. This regulation shall come into effect upon its issuance.。
