清淤车产品功能特点features：
（1）产品功能：本产品完全实现了井下作业机械化；将窨井内的淤泥，石头，砖块等杂物抓取干净；整个工程操作简便，安全可靠，节时省力，效率高；大大降低了市政疏通排水管道工作的劳动强度。

一个县级城市原需30多人的清淤队伍，现在只需2至3人就能完成任务；大幅度降低了财政支出成本；另外，工人无须下井作业，避免了接触有害气体给人员带来的伤害；保障了广大环卫工人的人身安全。

该设备还可用于城乡小区，工厂，矿山，化粪池，沼气池等的沉淀物的清理工作。

（2）产品结构：本产品主要由二类底盘（一汽青岛解放虎V牌、国Ⅳ）、淤泥箱、转盘、抓吊装置连接组装成整体，自卸式淤泥箱安装在汽车底盘上，在淤泥箱与驾驶室之间的汽车底盘上安装转盘，抓斗装置安装在转盘上。

其中，抓斗装置包括有立柱、横梁和抓斗，液压伸缩式的立柱安装转盘上，液压伸缩式的横梁连接立柱，液压伸缩式的立柱安装在转盘上。

Dump mud box is installed on the chassis.The rotary is installed between mud box and cab. Grab device including column beam and grab, hydraulic telescopic upright post is installed on the rotary.
