基 于地质力学 的地质 工程 一体 化助 推 缝 洞型碳 酸盐岩高效勘探
以 塔 里 木 盆 地 塔 北 隆起 南缘 跃 满 西 区块 为 例
Abstract:Influenced by the complexity inside the faulted.ruggY carbonate bodies,the first target drill—in rate ofthe fractured—vuggy reservoir in the im Basin is 1OW,complex formation pressure and stress systems lead to di伍 cult dr illing operation an d frequent incidents.an d it iS hard to optimize effective m easures for well com pletion an d increasing production capacity.These have delayed the oi1 and gas developm ent process.Based on geomechanical research,the idea of geological—engineering integration is proposed which involves interdisciplinary cooperation,fine fault interpretation and faulted.vuggy bodv characterization,and drilling success rate can be increased by quantitative optim ization from well1ocation.drilling process to measures related to well completing and production capacity increasing in the W est Yueman oilf ield in t h e northern T盯im Basin.In th e study,by focusing on the distribution of faulted.vugg bodies an d principle stress azimuth. the orientation of nat ural f racture permeability and wel1 stability,optim ization methods have been established fo r well location and deviated traiectory,the distribution of f ormation pressure has been predicted using well—seismic data,and based on which the wellbore structure was optimized.In addition.f o u r kinds of m ethods for wel1 com pletion and increasing production capacity have been proposed based on near- wellbore stress distribution wellbore orientation and reserv oir distribution.Application of these m ethods in three wells including W 22,W 20, etc.provided high production.and made continuous exploration breakthr ough in the W est Yuem an block.northem T im Basin.The study idea proposed in this P『dDer provides reforences fo r exploration and developm ent of other fractured—vuggy carbonate reservoirs.

摘 要 :受碳酸盐岩 断溶体 内部 复杂 性的影响 ,塔里木油 田缝洞型储层钻井一次 中靶率低 ,复杂地层压力和地应 力系统导致钻井复杂频发 、完井提产措施难 以优选 和优 化 ,制约了油气勘探开发进程。以地质力学研究为基础 ,建立 了地 质工程一体化思路 ,跨学科协作 ,结合断裂解剖和 断溶 体刻画 ,从井位部署源头、钻井工程过程跟踪和完井提产 措施 定量 优化等环节 ,确保塔北 隆起南缘跃满 西区块 的钻探 成功率 。研 究中 ,充分考虑断溶体的分布和主应力方位分 布、天然裂缝渗透性方 向和井壁稳定性方 向等 因素 ,建立 了井点优选 和斜井井轨迹 优化方法 ,并采用井震联合的方法 预测了地层压 力分布特征 ,据此优化井身结构 ;完钻措施 阶段 ,以井 筒周 围应力场分布、井眼与储层 分布方向等的匹 配关系提 出了 4类 完井提产措施方法 。应用该研究结 果 ,跃满 西区块 已完钻的 W22、W20等 3口井勘探持续 突破 并 获高 产 ,该研 究思路为其他缝洞型碳酸盐岩储层勘探开发提供 了借鉴依据 。
