圆钝针加针刀治疗前斜角肌综合征的临床疗效研究

摘要：目的 分析圆钝针加针刀能否协同治疗前斜角肌综合征。方法 将 160 例前斜角肌综合征患者随机分成圆钝针加针刀组、针刀
组分 (VAS)、前斜角肌综合征疗效评分和中医疗效评价标准评定疗效。
结果 治疗前后，视觉模拟评分结果中圆钝针加针刀组显著优于针刀组、圆钝针组（P<0.01），前斜角肌综合征疗效评分结果中圆钝
0 引言
前斜角肌综合征在中医学属于 “筋伤” 或 “痹症” ， 在现 代医学属于神经卡压综合征， 为胸廓出口综合征的一种分型 ， 被认为是臂丛神经上干穿越前斜角肌和中斜角肌起始腱膜 时被卡压而出现的系列症状和体征 ［２］。为了研究圆钝针加针 刀治疗对其他疾病是否具有协同作用， 提高治疗前斜角肌综 合征的疗效， 减少治疗对神经和血管等软组织损伤， 本课题 组研究如下。
针加针刀组显著优于针刀组、 圆钝针组 （P<0.01） 。 中医病证疗效结果中圆钝针加针刀组有效率均显著优于针刀组、 圆钝针组 （P<0.05） 。 本研究中未发现不良事件。结论 圆钝针结合针刀治疗前斜角肌综合征有协同作用，能更加安全有效地治疗前斜角肌综合征。 关键词：圆钝针；针刀；前斜角肌综合征；疗效 中图分类号：R322.7+4 文献标识码：A DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1671-3141.2016.100.013
plus acupotomy group , acupotomy group and Yuandunzhen group.After one week and one month treatment, evaluate the effectiveness according to the visual analogue scale (VAS), anterior scalene syndrome curative effect evaluation and evaluation standards to assess efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine. Results After treatment, the visual analogue scale result in Yuandunzhen plus acupotomy group was significantly better than that of acupotomy group and Yuandunzhen group (P<0.01).The anterior scalenus syndrome curative effect evaluation of Yuandunzhen plus acupotomy group was significantly better than that of acupotomy group and Yuandunzhen group (P<0.01). The evaluation standards to assess efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine of Yuandunzhen plus acupotomy group was significantly higher than that of acupotomy group and Yuandunzhen group (P<0.05). No adverse events in this study. Conclusion The treatment of Yuandunzhen combined with acupotomy has synergistic effect .And the method in treating anterior scalenus is safer and more effective.
