A﹒包裝材料的檢測﹒
Packing material inspection
1.卡通箱的尺寸偏差不能超過1/8",箱嘜要与包裝資料相符,印刷應清晰.
Carton deviation size no more than 1/8", shipping mark should showing no different with packing information, and clear paint.
2.貼紙顏色、圖案、形狀位置應与簽板一致.
Color, picture, shape of label should showing no different with approved sample.
3.彩卡的顏色厚度、尺寸、形狀應与簽板相符,透明盒不能有破裂、臟污等現象.
Color, thick, size, shape of color card showing no different with approved sample, and clear box break, dirt scrap etc.
4. 透明盒的來料時至少需試裝1CTN做跌落測試,透明盒不能破裂的現象.
Incoming Clear box must to be done drop test at least 1 Carton, and clear box no breakage etc. 5.說明書應与簽板相符,字跡應清晰明了,無破裂/皺等現象.
Instruction sheet should show no different with approved sample, and clear letter, no breakage, crease etc.
二﹑注塑啤件檢測控制﹒
Plastic Injection Quality Control
1.所有啤件的顏色必須同簽板一致.
Color of plastics should no different with approved sample
2.所有啤件必須修淨批鋒,不能有頂白﹑划傷﹑明顯縮水﹑變形﹑油污且水口位沒有外觀不良﹒
All of plastics no flash﹑white-mark﹑scrap ﹑shrinkage﹑deformation﹑oily-dirt and no gate residue etc.
3.對所有的組裝膠件要進行初步組裝﹐不能有异常﹒
All of plastics need assembly for first time, no abnormal.
4. 對于有積木插孔的膠件每4小時要抽1啤進行裝拆力測試(0.2~1lbs).
Check plastic of block socket assembly and disassembly 1 Set per 4 hour (Force: 0.2~1Lbs)
5. 對積木膠件每4小時要1啤量度尺寸(要求1.055±0.003").
Measurement plastic of the Maxi Block 1 set per 4hrs(requirement: 1.055±0.003")
三﹑噴油件檢測控制﹒
Spray Paint of Plastic Component Quality Control.
1.顏色、形狀、位置應与簽板相符.
Color, shape, place of spray paint should show no different with approved sample.
2.所有噴油件不能有刮花、飛油、噴油不到位等現象.
Spray-paint of plastic component no scrap, over spray, poor spray etc.
3.所有的噴油件不能有陰陽色等現象﹒
All of Spray paint component no color deviation etc.
4.每4小時抽取3PCS做界油測試.
Adhesion test was done per 4 hours at least 3pcs.
四﹑裝配車間檢測控制﹒
Assembly Workshop Quality Control
1.按《作業指導書》及《檢驗規格書》描述檢測.
According to <<Manufacturing Instruction>>and <<Inspection procedure>> control.
2.留意公仔超聲時不能有离隙錯位﹑超傷等現象﹒
. After figure sonic welding, no gap mismatch, damage etc.
3.公仔超聲后﹐每2小時QC至少抽10PCS与標准積木進行裝拆力測試(0.2~1lbs)﹒
Force test of assembly components should be attached to or detached from Maxi per 2 hours at least 10 sets after figure sonic welding.
4.包裝時不能有漏件﹑頭發﹑昆虫﹑刀片等現象﹒
During the packing period ,insect﹑knife and no missing component etc.

五﹒QA檢測控制﹒
QA Inspection Control
1﹒開拉首檢﹕a.至少抽20PCS做相關的外觀功能/功能檢查/安全跌落/扭/拉力/界油等測試﹒The first production on line: take at least 20pcs to test aesthetic﹑function﹑safety drop﹑torque﹑tension ﹑adhesion etc.
2﹒正常生產: QA按常規方式抽樣測試﹒
Mass Production: QA inspection according to normal method.。
