Sample Contract
This Sample Contract is made and entered into on [date] between [Supplier's Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Supplier") and [Client's Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Client").
1. Description of Samples
The Supplier agrees to provide the Client with samples of [Product Name] for evaluation and testing purposes. The samples shall conform to the specifications and quality standards as mutually agreed upon.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Supplier's liability for any defects or damages arising from the samples shall be limited to the replacement of the samples or the refund of the sample cost. In no event shall the Supplier be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [applicable jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fls, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of [arbitration institution].
8. Entire Agreement
