摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent a reduction effect from being lowered even in a low temperature by forming a space part on a part of an oscillating surface except for a transmitting surface or a receiving surface of echo sounder transmitter and receiver and reducing a trespassing wave. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic sensor 8 forms space parts 11, 12 on a terminal 9 part of an echo sounder transmitter 3 and a terminal 10 part of an echo sounder receiver 4. Of oscillating surfaces of the echo sounder transmitter 3 and the echo sounder receiver 4, an oscillating surface excluding an echo sounder transmitting surface 3a and an echo sounder receiving surface 4a and the oscillating surfaces corresponding to the space parts 11, 12 is covered by acoustic insulators 3d, 4d of resilient material. As a material of the acoustic insulators 3d, 4d, for example, a rubber like resilient material having ethylene propylene rubber as a base material such as ethylene propylene ter-polymer or ethylene propylene copolymer is used. By forming the space parts 11, 12, the strength of a trespassing wave due to the deterioration of a resiliency of the resilient material during a low temperature is prevented from being high.
