《Robert isn't well》
Robert has always been a lively and energetic person But recently, things have taken a turn for the worse, and he isn't well
It all started a few weeks ago when he began to feel unusually tired He would come home from work, collapse on the sofa, and struggle to find the energy to do even the simplest of tasks At first, he thought it was just a passing phase, maybe due to a few late nights or a particularly stressful week at the office But as the days went on, the fatigue persisted and even worsened
His appetite also changed Previously, he enjoyed his meals and had a healthy appetite Now, he often pushed his food around the plate, having no interest in eating This lack of nutrition only added to his overall weakness and made him feel even more unwell
Not only was he physically exhausted and lacking an appetite, but he also started to experience frequent headaches These headaches would come on suddenly, pounding at his temples and making it difficult for him to concentrate or think clearly Sometimes, they were so severe that he had to lie down in a dark room, hoping for some relief
Sleep, which is usually a source of restoration, became a problem as well Robert would toss and turn at night, unable to fall asleep easily When he did
manage to drift off, he would wake up frequently throughout the night, leaving him feeling unrested and groggy in the morning
His mood changed too The once cheerful and optimistic Robert became increasingly irritable and withdrawn He lost interest in his hobbies and social activities, preferring to be alone and quiet This change in his personality was a clear sign that something was seriously amiss

Slowly but surely, with his determination and the support of those around him, Robert started to show signs of improvement His energy levels began to increase, his appetite returned, and the headaches became less frequent
