未成年少女意外怀孕终止妊娠的心理护理干预及体会

【摘要】Objective To investigate minor unwanted teenage pregnancy psychological nursing intervention method and effect of termination of pregnancy, given the reference for clinical care. Methods Our hospital from February 2010 to October 2012 in our hospital with minor unwanted teenage pregnancy termination of pregnancy 60 patients for the study, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group treated with conventional clinical care, the experimental group were treated with combined with routine care, psychological care and observation were compared the effect of nursing interventions. Results The experimental group after the intervention of patient care lower degree of anxiety, depression in patients with a low degree, reduced pain compared with the control group indicators, signiifcant differences (P<0.05), the difference was statistically signiifcant. Conclusion The minor unwanted teenage pregnancy termination the pregnancy patients given psychological care to alleviate the negative emotions of the patient, thereby reducing the patient's pain, is an effective nursing interventions.% 目的探讨未成年少
女意外怀孕终止妊娠的心理护理干预方法和效果，为临床护理工作给予参考和借鉴。

方法选择我院2010年2月至2012年10月我院收治的未成年少女意外怀孕终止
妊娠的患者60例为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组给予常规临床护理，实验组患者给予心理护理联合常规护理，观察比较两组护理干预的效果。

结果实验组患者护理干预后其焦虑程度更低，患者抑郁程度低，疼痛感降低，与对照组各个指标比较，差异明显，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。

结论对未成年少女意外怀孕终止妊娠患者给予心理护理能够缓解患者的不良情绪，进而降低患者的疼痛感，是一种有效的护理措施。
