心肺复苏流程口诀。

1. 检视现场，环境安全吗？呼救了吗？
2. 确认意识，拍肩、呼唤，响应吗？
3. 拨打急救，拨打 120 或其他当地急救电话。

4. 检查呼吸，看、听、感觉，呼吸了吗？
5. 胸外按压，胸骨中段，双臂伸直，30 次按压。

6. 开放气道，捏鼻仰头，吹气两次，每次 1 秒。

7. 重复循环，30 次按压 + 2 次吹气，重复循环。

8. 使用 AED（如有），按照设备指示，使用 AED。

9. 持续急救，直到医疗急救人员到达或患者有自主呼吸和脉搏。
