摘要:The invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for producing cold-strip anisotropic electrical steel. The inventive method involves the following stages: steel making, steel casting, hot rolling, descaling, two cold rollings associated with interstage decarburising annealing and high-temperature rectifying annealing. The thus produced steel contains: 0.021-0.055 mass % of carbon, 2.8-3.6 mass % of silicon, 0.1-o.3 mass % of manganese, 0.4-0.6 mass % of copper, 0.011-0.018 mass % of acid-soluble aluminium, 0.007-0.012 mass % of nitrogen, the rest being iron and inevitable impurities. The hot rolling temperature is selected according to the following formula: Tkcr={970-([ %C]-
0.018) x 3000+([ %Si]-2.8) 60}?20, °C, wherein [ %C] and [ %Si] are the carbon and silicon concentrations in mass % in steel, respectively. Said method makes it possible to obtain high-repeatability values of magnetic induction and low values of specific loss of electrical steel, thereby making it possible to efficiently use said steel for the production of distribution and power transformers.
