妊娠中期心电图检查的临床意义(附841例分析)

【摘要】目的:探讨妊娠中期心电图检查的临床价值.方法:对我所2007年1月～2008年1月建册定期检查的孕妇841例于孕20周左右常规行心电图检查,心电图异常者随访至产后42天.结果:841例中,607例心电图检查正常 (72.2%), 234例异常(27.8%),其中112例1项异常, 122例2项以上异常,共455例次.223例经休息、吸氧等一般处理或未治疗,10例给予药物治疗,1例因心脏原因提前终止妊娠.234例均于产后42天复查心电图,正常193例(82.5%),异常41例(17.5%),异常者中40
例1项异常,仅1例2项异常.结论:妊娠中期心电图检查对妊娠合并心脏病的筛查有一定临床意义,但绝大多数妊娠期异常心电图由生理因素引起,诊断需结合临床表现
综合分析.%Objective:To investigate the clinical value of electrocardiogram(ECG) during mid trimester of pregnancy.Methods:841 intermediate pregnant women admitted into our hospital from Jan. 2007
to Jan. 2008 were examined by ECG in the 20th week of pregnancy and the women with abnormal results were followed up for 42 days after giving birth.Results:Of the 841 women, 607(72.2%) had normal ECG
results,234(27.8%) had abnormal results. Of the 112 abnormal results,1 patient had 1 abnormal result,122 had more than 2 abnormal
results,amounting to 445 items. Of the 234 women,223 were given rest therapy,oxygen therapy or non-therapy,10 were given drug therapy,I
woman had premature termination of pregnancy because of heart problem. All the 234 women were reexamined by ECG 42 days after delivery,with 193 normal (82.5%),41 abnormal (17.5%) and among those with abnormal results,40 women had 1 abnormal result and only 1 had 2 abnormal results.Conclusion:ECG in mid trimester of pregnancy is of clinical significance and important in screening heart diseases but the vast majority of abnormal results may arise from physiological factors during pregnancy and show no specific characters. Clinical diagnosis should be made according to comprehensive clinical manifestations.
