摘要: A disk (10) to thin edge orifice has a ratio between the length of the orifice and the diameter of less than 0.025. A disc (53) to thin edge orifice for double current comprises a pair of orifices (54, 55) which divide the fluid stream in the inner portion of a valve (12) into two different currents. The two streams may be parallel or diverging typically at an angle (62) so as to guide the streams to two adjacent valves of the engine, in case the valve is an electromagnetic fuel injector of an internal combustion engine. So that the two streams flow in different directions, the area (58) of the disc (56) around the two ports is dented or lumpy and the orifices are located along the embossing surfaces, between its base and its tip. Producing precisely dimensioned apertures in the disc by means of a progressive die. One of the stations (40) of the gauge matrix adjustably port with micrometric adjustment. Another station performs the shaping of the bumps so that the orifices lie on the surfaces of the bumps, between the base and the top. In another embodiment of a valve, a pair of adjacent discs (53, 57) dual port are positioned so that
the openings (54, 55) of the first disk (53) coincide with the holes of the second disc ( 57).
