听力：
首先，进行精听练习：1. 把每次测试、课堂练习过听力题目对照文本；仔细阅读，备注摘抄生单词、短语及难句；标出出题点及引出答案的信号词；标出自己没有听懂的部分。

然后断句播放，篇章回复播放，直至听懂全部内容为止。

2. 每篇文本反复回放至少5次以上。

3. 进行文本逐句跟读练习。

其次，认真完成老师布置的听写练习。

完成后仔细对照文本，重复收听，直到完全听懂全部内容为止。

第三、认知并能标准朗读不同“听力场景的高频词汇。

第四、摘抄以上内容中所有生词短语及习惯表达法。

第五、多做练习，认真完成老师所布置全部练习任务不打折扣。

口语：
首先，通过大量出生朗读、模仿练习，纠正、提高自己的语音语调及口语表达时流利与连贯性。

使用口语模考和练习题中的文本作为朗读和模仿的材料。

每天定时定量，如必须有30分钟大声出生朗读、跟读模仿练习。

第二、多多积累。

除了规定必须写下来People, place, object, event最基础的四个话题外。

把平时口语练习时的TASK1,2的不同话题，在提交语音作业后，自己务必再整理到书面。

对于想充实或提高地方，不知道如何用英文表达时，可以随时来问老师进行解答，日积月累形成自己“口语话题库”，
第三、TASK3,4，5，6 根据老师发的“口语模板”，整理归纳自己个性的话的“模板”，熟记熟背做到灵活运用。

加强此部分听力练习，按照听力部分的练习方法进行精听练习。

最后必须对材料进行口头观点复数、总结练习。

第四、多做练习，认真完成老师所布置全部练习任务不打折扣。
