二、当前高校毕业生就业的严峻形势目前我国经济增长的就业弹性较低,劳动力需求难以大幅增长,劳动力总量严重供过于求。

2006年12月份,中国社科院先后发布了两本“蓝皮书”――《2007年:中国经济形势分析及预测》及《2007年:中国社会形势分析及预测》,对今年城乡居民的就业趋势及面临的问题进行了解读。

“经济蓝皮书”指出,2006年中国GDP增长率将达10.5%,2007年将回落至10%左右。

同时指出,2007年,中国城镇需要就业的人口将超过2500万人,而新增的就业岗位加上自然减员也只有1000万个,供大于求的缺口,在1500万个以上。

它向参加培训的学员介绍开办企业的各个步骤,以及怎样完成自己开办企业的各项可行性调查研究。

帮助有创业意愿的人创建有生存能力的微小企业。

二、课时及学时分配表总课时安排:创业培训课时分配表后续跟踪指导:200课时为进一步做好我校的创业培训工作,开展对创业培训的学员进行后续服务活动,巩固我校创业培训成果,树立我校创业培训品牌,制定本方案(200课时)。
