2017-2018学年上学期高二英语临界生辅导总结
在学校的统一安排和科组长的指导下,高二年级英语临界生辅导工作于本学期初期开始,整个学期的英语临界生辅导工作有序开展,取得较好的辅导效果,于期末圆满结束。

本学期的高二英语临界生辅导班主要是由本科临界学生组成,前半学期上课学生人数50-60人,下半学期,由于创数的影响,上课人数大约30人左右。

上课地点2次变化。

本学期英语临界生辅导的总体思路是:按临界生的特点和他们的薄弱知识点、急需提升的能力等方面安排上课内容,精心备课,认真上课,每节课都认真考勤,及时反馈上课情况,科组会上及时向有老师汇报上课情况,并做出适当调整。

根据学生具体实际情况,本学期A老师负责临界生的语法知识辅导,从基础的语法知识到本学期的语法难点,归纳总结, 讲练结合, 逐个突破,为学生的英语学习扫清障碍,有效提高了临界生语法填空的得分,帮助学生树立了英语学习的信心。

B老师本学期负责学生的阅读方法指导,本学期分别进行了阅读理解主旨大意训练、阅读理解细节题解题策略、阅读理解推理判断题目解题方法、阅读理解猜词法、七选五解题策略等5部分内容。

有了以上方法指导,学生对于阅读题目不再束手无策,无处下手,阅读能力有所提高。

通过一个学期的临界生辅导,总体上临界生的英语成绩有所进步,特别是在本学期期中考试中进步显著。

当然我们也发现了一些问题,
如少数参加临界生辅导的学生积极性不高,如上课迟到,课堂听讲不认真,有时不去参加辅导;部分学生信心不足,有畏难情绪。

总体来说,临界生辅导的任务艰巨,但潜力巨大,希望无限, 需要全组老师共同努力,紧跟临界不放松,争取更多学生上线。
