说到听力，新航道老师传授的方法是精听，但是因为备考周期短，我没有进行很久，但做精听的确能感觉到效果，尤其是选择题部分，只是需要坚持较长的时间，如果备考时间较长，我真的非常推荐多做精听。

对于备考期较短的考生，想要出分的方法就是刷题了，在考试前三周，我将剑7、剑8、剑10所有听力和阅读都做了一遍;在考试前一周，每天整理句型、背单词。

这样的训练下来，一开始只有6.5-7的水平，尤其是选择，一般是漏听选项、语速过快、同义替换出错等原因。

为了克服这一点，我选择提高听力的倍速来改善自己无法应对语速过快的问题，起初1.25倍速听一遍只能做到6分的水平;在两天后，伴随着同义替换的整理，能在1.25倍速达到7甚至7.5的水平;考试前两天，在1.5倍速情况下能做到7-7.5。

考试过程中，正常语速下不会出现错过、漏听的问题。

在这里，推荐同学们用1.25倍练习听力，真的会有奇效。

最重要的一点，绝对不是我特有的，整理笔记!新航道老师在课上说的同义替换、自己题目中的错题等，都记下来，下次遇到就会了。
