我们建议,在第一次跟陌生买家进行邮件联系的时候,附件还是要谨慎使用。
如果是因为附件的问题,导致邮件被拦截或其他问题,那么其实是得不偿失的。
那么报价内容最好是邮件正文中插入相关的表格或图片内容,如果一定要使用附件,也要控制大小,并且采用PDF格式D.建议大家附件最好控制大小在200K内。
附件太大被退会或者收不到的可能性最大E.在很多邮箱或者阿里的后台都可以设置已读回执的。

2)邮件密度《邮件密度》主要是指开发信的群发,因为邮件过于频繁会导致自己的邮箱被国外服务器设置为黑名单;如果是平常我们回复买家邮件,因为买家不回复,我们跟进的频率也最好把握,针对查询后意向不错的买家我们要用不同方式跟进(比如:电话,传真或者在线聊天工具等等),而其他的买家就定期联系即可。

谁知道这一等就是整整2年时间. 期间14年底,15年中两次说要下单又2次蒸发,直到上周终于确认了2个20尺柜的订单. 翻了一下成交记录,这个并不是成交客户的最长记录, 最长的一个记录是跟进了三年才有订单. 再次明确了一点,持续有效的沟通是获得订单的重要原因.经常有一些朋友问我,做外贸的过程中,经常会碰到聊得挺好的国外客户,突然就人间蒸发了,邮件发过去就像石沉大海一样没有一点反应,客户为什么会不回邮件?该怎么样继续跟进呢?不回邮件只有两种情况,第一是没有收到邮件. 即使是使用了付费的企业邮箱,也无法保证100%收到彼此的邮件,甚至是一直正常邮件联系的老客户,也会出现彼此邮件发送失败的情况。
所以一旦出现沟通不回复的情况下,比如说正常邮件往来的客户有1周或者十几天没回邮件,这个时候我们要做的第一点就是确认对方收到邮件.这里我的建议是直接电话沟通确认邮件是否收到,是否进了垃圾箱。
相比较其他在线沟通工具,电话始终是直接获得反馈的最有效途径。
一个电话打过去问一问,比自己无端的猜测有效得多. 即使是客户明确表示拒绝你的offer, 起码你也可以弄明白为什么拒绝的原因.第二种情况就是客户收到了邮件之后没有任何回应,出现这样的情况有以下几种原因:1.回复时间太迟,客户的邮箱已经挤满了各种供应商的邮件.假设以下你半夜里在淘宝上购物, 找了三家店铺的店小二提问. 这个时候能第一时间回复你的店铺毫无疑问是印象分最高的. 如果你有明确的采购需求, 这家的产品和价格都还适中,十有八九你会选择在他这里下单. 第二天当不在线的客服们上班回复你的留言之时,这个时候你已经完成了采购下单过程. 所以只会忽略掉他们的留言信息.由于时差的存在,邮件交流有滞后性。
