美国高中面试常见问题

一、面试时校方可能提出的问题

许多“面试问题”与“入学短文题目”很相似。所不同的是，对于短文题目的回答时写在纸上，有字数的限制，不易发挥；而对于面试的问题，申请人可根据情况，将内容伸长或缩短，可选择性地加强语气，表示强调某些内容，并可适当的添枝加叶，使内容更加充实，有时问题回答的好坏，很大成都取决于申请人有备而来的临场发挥。

1. 学术背景和初、高中学校（Your Academic Background and School）

1) 告诉我一些关于你的课程，你最喜欢的初、高中课程，为什么？哪一门课程对于你来说使最困难或最具挑战性？（Tell me something about your courses, what is your favorite subject in high school? Why? Or what courses have been most difficult or most challenging for you?）English is my most favorite subject, because I learned a lot of song and dance in English when I was 4years old. I was always the champion of studying in English. The most challenging subject is my PE class, I am not so good at sport.

我最喜欢英语、中文和生物。我喜欢英语主要是因为从4岁半就开始进行快乐英语学习，在唱唱跳跳的游戏中就把英语学会了，我的英语成绩在114-119分之间，没有满分主要是因为马虎，比如大小写问题，如果今后再细致认真些，初中英语达到满分不成问题。

我也喜欢中文，尤其是古文言文，因为中国是个历史悠久的国家，古文言文的文化底蕴尤为浓厚，我的语文老师非常优秀，他的授课简直让我陶醉，我认为一个思想成熟的人，他的理解能力一定很强，一定能学好语文。我的中文作文在老师的指导熏陶下也越写越好，很多都可以作为范文推广。我的中文成绩在108-114分之间。

我还非常喜欢生物，我喜欢观察身边宏观的和微观的生物的世界，对生物的起源、结构和发展非常感兴趣，无论是课堂学习还是实验项目都让我兴趣盎然、受益匪浅，我的生物成绩一直是满分。

2) 你喜欢你的初、高中学校吗？你是怎么描述你的学校的？（Do you like your high school? How would you describe your school?）

Yea ,I love it .I graduated from Ji Lin university affiliated middle school which is the most famous middle school in Jilin province. I thank the school and the teacher, not only the teacher told me how to be excellent student, but also I practice myself a lot on campus. The slogan of our school is “dignity diligence earnest”

我现在就读的初中是吉林大学附属中学，是吉林省乃至中国最好的初中学校之一，学校教学严谨，教师教学水平非常高，是全省重点高中学生升学率最高的初中。尤其是我所在的班级是实验班（尖子生班），所有学生都是通过考试选拔上来的，学生都是优中选优的学生。这所中学尤其是我所在的实验班，让我在学习上养成了良好、自律的学习习惯和永争第一、追求卓越的思想品质。基于以上原因，我很感谢我的初中对我的优异学业培养。但学校在素质教育上很欠缺，只追求成绩和排名，忽视品德和特长教育，老师与学生之间不能平等相待，老师对学生的批评和抱怨多余鼓励，不利于学生的全面发展。

3) 你最喜欢哪一位老师，为什么？（Who is your favorite teacher? Why?）

My Chinese teacher helps lot, who is a knowledgeable guy. He never crammed any thing to us, he always told us how to improve the skill by our self.

我的语文老师。因为他非常博学，对中国古汉语非常精通，对现代文的讲解和理解非常深刻，上他的课是一种陶醉，我的中文作文在老师的指导熏陶下也越写越好，很多都可以作为范文推广。

4) 你取得的最大学术成就或经历过的最大失败是什么？（What is your greatest academic accomplishment or failure?）

I was the champion of piano when I was the primary school. I love the feeling when I stood on the platform. All of the things just happened yesterday.

2、个人生活(Personal Life)

1) 告诉我一些你自己的生活，包括你的家庭背景和你在哪里长大？（Tell me about yourself, including your family background and where you grew up?）

I graduated from Ji Lin university affiliated middle school which is the most famous middle school in Jilin province. When I was a child, I had lots of hobbies piano singing dancing and so on. My parents are working hard in Telecommunications Company. They also take care of my grand pa and grand ma , we are a happy family.

我目前就读于吉林省吉林大学附属中学，这所学校教学严谨，是全省重点高中学生升学率最高的初中。尤其是我所在的班级是实验班（尖子生班），所有学生都是通过考试选拔上来的，学生都是优中选优的学生。实验班的同学学习上都争先恐后，让我在学习上养成了良好、自律的学习习惯。我平时业余时间进行了很多特长学习，有钢琴、试唱练耳、街舞和英语培训。周末会去游泳或看看英文动画片或情景剧。我的家庭非常幸福，爸爸妈妈做通信行业，事业有成，对爷爷奶奶和姥姥姥爷非常孝顺。我长大后也要首先感谢父母和祖父母对我的养育之恩。

2) 你最喜欢哪本书，最喜欢哪位作者，最欣赏哪一步电影或电视剧？为什么？（What is your favorite book, author, movie or TV? Why?）

The book of Wolf Totem is written by Jiang rong. The content of this book is describing the life of wolf which has the character of corporation intelligence.

最喜欢《狼图腾》中国江戎著，因为喜欢狼群的团结合作、聪明作战的猎物智慧。

3) 你经常阅读哪一份杂志和报纸？（What magazines or newspapers do you read regularly?）

“STORY” is my most favorite magazine.

4)哪一个人对你的生活影响最大？（What person has most influenced you in your life?）

我的妈妈，因为她对我的教育倾注了她的全部业余时间，让我从小就养成了良好的学习和生活习惯，我想我今后的优秀和成功，我妈妈功不可没。我爱我的妈妈。

Mother has most influenced me in my life. She cultivated me to have a good habit and behavior which can not be measured in terms of money.

2. 关于课外活动（Your Extracurricular Activities）

1) 哪项课外活动中你做的贡献最大？（What has been your greatest contribution to an extracurricular activity?）

Military training is the most impressive activity; I was the leader of our group. I should wake up term members every morning and also do the arrangement of the whole days activities. I made the whole day conclusion after finishing all the training. I love the feeling to help and organize others.

在学校封闭军训活动中，我作为班长带领同学们认真进行各项军训练习，成为军训榜样班级；同时，由于高强度训练，很多同学的裤子开裂，缺乏自理能力，我主动帮助所有同学进行针线缝补，为带队老师减轻生活负担，让其他班级老师羡慕和赞叹不已；另外，作为寝室长，带领同学们做好寝室卫生打扫和床铺被子的整齐摆放，成为优秀军寝榜样。
