目前依据客户的场地以及设备投入情况的差异性,合力电动叉车的充电可以分为分散式的充电和集约式充电两大类。

分散式充电适用于2-3台叉车在不低于45m3的开放式空间,采用停车位就地充电的一种充电方式,不需要单独建立充电房投入设备、占用场地,成本低、操作方便、使用快捷。

集约式充电方式适用于5台以上叉车,需要建立独立的充电房,便于设备的维护和统一管理,现场整洁污染小。

现根据客户的需求情况提供相应的方案供参考。

【集约式充电方案-充电房】见充电房计划书1. 充电房的说明充电房是为满足蓄电池日常补充充电及存储维护的需要而构建的。

2. 建筑结构2.1 位置:蓄电池的充电区域与工作车蓄电池的调换(适用叉车吊装)区域集中合并。

2.2 充电房的平面布置根据用户提供的效果图以及三维图的信息,对充电房的布局进行详细的设计。

首先确认叉车周围安全,然后打开钥匙开关,等待启动指示灯亮起,踩下离合器踏板,将挡位切换到空挡,启动发动机。
启动
关闭发动机开关,将挡位切换到空挡,拉起手刹,拔出钥匙,关闭所有电器设备。
关闭
踩下离合器踏板,将挡位切换到前进或后退挡,轻踩油门踏板使叉车前进或后退。
前进与后退
将挡位切换到空挡,踩下油门踏板使叉车加速,然后踩下离合器踏板并将挡位切换到低速挡,同时操作升降杆使叉车升高或降低。
在叉车行驶过程中,如遇紧急制动或急转弯,叉车容易发生倾翻。预防措施:合理控制行驶速度和转弯角度。
货物滑落
在装卸货物时,应确保货物稳固,避免货物滑落伤人。预防措施:使用安全带或固定货物。

基于此项目背景需求,工厂希望有一套系统能将叉车完好地管理起来,实现叉车有序管理,提高现场工作效率。

具需求如下:通过IOT的技术来实时动态自动采集所需要的叉车的数据,比如叉车的行动轨迹,行进的距离等信息。

通过后台的信息整合,可以实现现场看板展示。

通过后台的算法,可以进行更多的分析,为我们提高管理做决策支持。

电动叉车使用说明及安全守则驾驶员在行驶时必须遵循使用说明和安全守则,与危险区域保持适当的距离以免受伤。

叉车必须按照下列规定使用。

1. 驾驶员必须了解叉车的使用说明,熟悉叉车的结构和性能,穿戴适当的衣服鞋帽,佩戴好各种劳动保护用品。

2.只有年满18周岁,经过专门严格培训,考试合格,持证上岗。

严禁无证驾驶操作该叉车。

3.负责叉车的驾驶员不得允许未经认可的人驾驶叉车或站到货叉及站台上。

4. 叉车在歪曲路段或狭窄过道行驶,以及经过门或不规则路面时,操作人员必须减速。

5. 叉车严禁在凸凹不平的道路上行驶6. 驾驶员在叉车工作区域内工作时必须远离其他人员,如有危险立即发出警告。

如有人不理警告还留在工作区域时,操作人员必须停止作业。

7. 禁止将叉车停在有运动部件活动的区域里。

严禁站在叉车的固定部件上。

8. 驾驶员应尽量避免突然停车及快速换向行驶。

9. 在允许的最大斜坡上行驶时,驾驶员必须保持货物始终在叉车上,同时减速。

10.驾驶员驾驶时必须确定视野清楚,回动时无障碍物。

11.如用起重机吊运叉车,必须货叉向前进入(首先确定起重机有足够的起重载荷)。

12.绝对禁止断开或拆除安全装置。

13.无论哪种情况下,叉车都不允许超载。

14.驾驶员必须确保载荷均匀有序的堆放在货叉上,不得偏置,否则易造成侧倾翻。

15.货物外形尺寸不得超出1000(长)×800(宽)×1000(高)。

16.当货叉处于上部位置时,禁止移动叉车,只有在拾起或放下载荷时,才允许这样操作。

17.载货行驶时货叉离地的最大高度不得超过300mm。

18.开始工作之前,驾驶员必须检查:a.操控装置及刹车性能必须灵敏b.货叉状况正常完好c.前、后轮没有损坏d.电池已充电并固定好,各元器件清洁干燥e.所有的安全装置都处于工作状态19.一旦电池电压指示表发出信号,只剩20%电荷时,叉车必须停止使用进行充电,而且必须在完全充满后方可拔下充电器进行使用,严禁电池未充满就断开充电器与电源。

第1章绪论1.1选题背景、目的及意义最近5 年,中国叉车市场的生产和需求量每年的增幅均达到了25%以上,2006 年中国就已经成为仅次于美国的全球第二大叉车消费市场。

这种快速增长的势头持续到2008 年,直至被金融危机的爆发打断。

金融危机的突然到来,致使中国叉车的产销量和出口量都出现了大幅下降。

由于中国物流产业进入了十大产业振兴规划,中国叉车业又蓬勃发展起来。

我国内燃平衡重式叉车约占总销量的80%,而全球叉车销量中电动叉车比重超过了50%。

这是因为在欧、美、日的叉车市场上,电动叉车已成为主流产品的缘故。

由于我国对环保要求较低、叉车作业更频繁、作业环境较恶劣以及运行成本等因素,较长时间内我国的叉车需求仍将倾向于使用内燃叉车。

近年来,各叉车公司皆以产品种类、系列的多样化去充分适应不同用户、不同工作对象和不同工作环境的需要,并不断推出新结构、新车型,以多品种小批量满足用户的个性化需求。

内燃叉车以发动机为动力,功率强劲,使用范围广,缺点是排气和噪声污染环境,有害人类健康。

环保要求推动了动力技术的更新,如:上世纪90年代液化石油气(LPG)叉车、压缩天然气(CNG)叉车、丙烷叉车等低公害叉车面市,且发展势头强劲;现在林德3吨内燃平衡重式叉车尾气排放符合欧洲Ⅱ号标准。

电动叉车具有能量转换效率高、无废气排放、噪声小等突出优点,是室内物料搬运的首选工具,但其受电瓶容量限制,功率小,作业时间短。

对室内作业、靠近人群作业以及整个的食品行业而言,电瓶叉车是最好的选择;除了完全没有废气污染外,低噪音也使得作业环境更令人愉快。

未来叉车将广泛采用电子燃烧喷射和共轨技术。

发动机尾气催化、净化技术的发展将有效降低有害气体和微粒的排放。

LPG、CNG等燃料叉车及混合动力叉车将进一步发展。
