主体包括托运人、承运人和实际承运人；目的是运送货物；也是为第三人一订的合同利益订立合同。

6、提单lading：是指用以证明海上货物运输合同和货物已经由承运人接收或装船，以及承运人保证据以交付货物的单证。

7、航次租船合同Voyage Charter Party：船舶出租人向承租人提供约定的船舶或者船舶的部分舱位，装运约定的货物，从一港运至另一港，由承租人支付约定运费的协议。

8、定期租船合同Time Chapter Party：期租合同，是指由船舶出租人向承租人提供约定的船舶，并由出租人配备船员，由承租人在约定期间内按照约定的用途使用，并支付租金的协议9、光船租赁合同Bareboat Charter Party：船舶出租人根据合同的约定，向承租人提供一艘空船，在租期之内，承租人通过自行配备的船员占有和控制船舶，并向出租人支付租金的一种营运方式。
