船舶修理单
修理单一、修理单标题修理单是船方为修船向船厂提出修理项目和要求的一种单据。
修理单得标题应写明其类别:航次修理单(Voyage RePair LiSt)岁修修理单(AnnUal RePair LiSt)保修修理单(GUarantee RePair LiSt)全船的修理项目可按下列次序编写:坞修(DoCk RePair)甲板部(DeCk DePartment)轮机部(Engine DePartment)电器部(EIeCtriC DePartment)二、修理单书写格式在修船之前,涉及机舱的有关项目,必须由主管轮机员与轮机长一起研究决定,有的船是先由大管轮负责编写修理单,最后由轮机长审核、修改,送交给船厂。
修理单中应体现的内容包括:发现某设备产生故障的现象、已损坏部件的名称、部位、要求修复、更换备件或其他具体要求等。
由于所写的内容均是一种计划、安排或打算,最终修理单送交给修船厂,由修船厂来完成,从正规语法要求应采用将来时,即采用表示计划或打算的谓语形式:“ be tobe done”为了简单明了,在修理单中都省去前面的系动词be,其句型为:“名词(短语)+to be done” 简化为:“ noun + to be done”然而,修理单是船方对船厂提出的有关要求,其要求的具体内容不同,于是就有不同的句型。
修理单中的冠词一般都省略。
1. 第一种情况是,基于运行时间(周期)的维修,不管设备或部件是否正常都必须拆开、清洁、换新等,这种句型就为修理单的基本句型。
Noun + to be + done ------ 部件名称+ to be + 所需动词的过去分词例:所有线圈彻底清洁并烘干。

船舶修理一、厂修1.修船原则1)船舶修理必须以原样修复为主,要对船舶进行更新和改造时,需要做经济论证,并经上级批准。
对于船龄较小的船舶(小于15年),修理时应尽可能保持其基本性能良好;对于大龄船舶,修理时要保证安全营运和使用年限;对于老龄船舶只进行维持性修理,同时采取适当减载和限制功率的措施,以保证强度和安全运输的要求。
2)远洋船舶应按保持船级标准进行修理。
如为达到入级要求而修理范围过大,经技术经济论证不合算时,应按改变入级航区或移交沿海使用的要求进行修理。
3)保证修船的质量。
修理的项目必须达到质量标准,应满足验船规范、修理标准、技术说明书等有关规定,做到牢固可靠、经久耐用、性能良好。
船厂应对修理的质量负责,修船质量保证期,固定件应为6个月,运动件应为3个月。
4)修船时间直接影响船舶营运率,是船舶运力的一个重要计划指标,应努力缩短修期,减少对船舶营运造成的利润损失。
5)修理费直接影响运输成本,是运输单位的重要经济指标。
修船要勤俭节约,重点把主要设备修好,应努力降低各类船舶不同修理类别时的修理成本。
6)船舶进厂修理,首先要让工程主管排出工程进度表,然后与修理厂签订修船进度合同,明确双方的责任和义务,以免延误船期对船公司造成经济损失.2.厂修工程的确定本着扩大自修、减少厂修的原则,利用好厂修机会,将航行不能解决的问题尽可能在厂里解决,一些检修项目如主副机吊缸、新船(10年以内)的轴瓦检查、无故障设备的检查性检修等应自修解决。
3.工程单1)厂修工程单船舶修理单是修船的重要依据,船舶修理单编制的优劣也反映出轮机长的管理水平和技术水平。
修理单编制的不正确将造成一系列的问题,一是延误船期,使船公司遭受巨大的经济损失;二是使应当修理的部分没有进行修理,而不该修理的部分却消耗了工时和经费,达不到修船的目的,影响船舶的安全。
所以修理单应力求准确无误。
编制修理单的依据:(1)公司的修船计划和规定的修理级别;(2)船舶证书上需要船级杜检验的项目;(3)说明书所规定的各种设备和部件的检修间隔期;(4)船舶在航行中的技术状况、磨损与损坏规律以及各种测试资料2)修理单的标准格式修理单的标准格式见附件1。

使用说明1、本价格表对国轮修理计价货币为人民币。
2、本价格表仅适用于正常工作时间,即每周5天,每天8小时工作制。
应船方要求的法定假日、船厂假日中的修理,将按加班收费。
3、本价格表仅适用在船厂厂区内施工,在非船厂区及港内装卸货码头、浮筒、锚地及船舶在航行中的修理费等施工费用,将按具体工程场合提价。
4、对在船厂非正常修理船舶的服务费及修理费另行计价。
5、船厂将不负责由于战争、地震以及其它不可抗力事件等原因所造成的任何损失。
6、除了重要机械部分、螺旋桨和艉轴之外,所有在修船中拆卸下的废旧料,全部归船厂所有。

船舶修理年限(1)
(2)小修:小修的间隔期一般客货船为12个月,远洋船为12-18个月。
如船舶技术状况良好并经验船师认可。
可延长6个月,但不超过12个月。
小修的目的是按规定周期结合坞内检验和年度检验对船体、主副机等主要设备进行不拆开或少拆开的重要检验,修复过度磨损件,保证安全航行至下次计划修理。
(3)检修:在2-3个小修后结合特别检验,拆开必要的机器设备,对船体和全船主要设备系统进行较全面的检查,使主要设备和系统安全运转至下次检修。
(最高级别)除上述厂修类别外,还有事故修理,是海损或机损事故后的修理。
其修理规模,范围等依损坏程度和船检机构的意见而定。
2>按航运企业规定。
(1)航修:属临时性修理,不维修船计划,主要解决营运中的局部故障。
影响航行安全而又不能自修的工程。
(2)计划修理(包括检修)一般每5年进行一次,5年中进行一次特检和一次计划修理。
两次计划修理之间进行一次坞修。
(3)事故修理:船舶发生事故后,应依损坏情况和船舶检验机构的要求进厂修理。
2.修船原则:(1)船舶修理应以恢复机械、设备的原有性能为目的,并以船舶的使用年限为重要依据。
船舶种类和船龄不同对其修理的要求也不一样。
船龄在10年以内的较大船龄的船舶,修理时应达到保持原设计性能。
船龄在10年以上的较大船龄的船舶,修理时应达到保证营运安全和计划使用年限。
(2)远洋船舶应按八级标准进行修理,如为达到原八级要求而修理范围过大,经济论证又不合算时,应按改变八级航区或改为海使用的要求进行修理。
(3)坚持日常保养与计划修理,船员自修与厂修结合的原则。
(4)保证修船质量,缩短修船时间和降低修船费用。
要求修船质量保修期,固定件应为6个月,运动件应为3个月。
(5)修理应夺着节约的精神,节省修船费用和缩短修船时间。
3、修船准备。
1>编制修船计划修船计划分为年度、季度、月度计划年度修船计划由船技部门在修理年度前的10月底编妥报总司审批。
编制年度修船计划须根据修理简陋期,前一年度和本年度上半年修船实际情况和参考过去的修船记录。
