item Soldering Heat Resistance 焊锡耐热性
Test condition Soldering iron of +330±5℃ should be placed on the terminal for 2±0.5 seconds. 端子部分置于+330±5℃烙铁上 2±0.5 秒. The part shall be measured after being applied vibration of amplitude of 1.5mm with 10to 55hz band of vibration frequency to each of 3per-pendicular directions for 2hours. 振动周波数 10~55HZ、全振幅 1.5mm 于 X.Y.Z3 个方向,各 2 个小时 The microphone unit without packaged must be subjected to each 3 drops at three axises from the height of 1 meter to 20mm thick wooden board. 未包装单体麦克风从 1 米高處,X.Y.Z.3 个方向 各 3 次,落于 20 毫米厚木板上. Test conditions After being placed in a chamber at +70℃ for 72 hours. 置于+70℃环境中 72 小时 After being placed in a chamber at -25℃ for 72 hours. 置于-25℃环境中 72 小时 After being placed in a chamber at +60℃and 90±5% relative humidity for 240 hours. 置于+60℃,相对湿度 90±5%环境中 240 小时 The part shall be subjected to 10 cycles.One cycle shall be consist of: 单体承受温度巡回测试 10 次,其巡回内容如图示: +70℃

Each Con. Mic. contains a FET within its case. Generally, semiconductors are easily weakened by over-heating, over-charge of voltage. Special caution is needed for proper soldering as follows: 1. Use 15W-20W soldering iron and maintain 270℃-330℃ in operation. 2.Soldering should be accomplished within two seconds at each terminal so as not to be overheated. 3. Do not make a cavity at the surface of lead on the pattern plate. (A cavity may change the characteristics of Con.Mic.) 4. Heat Sink
