2.6.1 外型结构与功能说明(参看图一.图二) 1 主电指示灯; 当正常交流电接通时,显示绿灯。 2 应急指示灯; 当主电电压过低.停电.或者操作强启开关,显示红灯。 3 充电指示灯; 充电器对蓄电池充电,显示红灯。 4 故障指示灯; 黄色显示灯亮时有以下原因: A. 逆变器温度过高 B. 输出短路,警告你应急电源工作中有变化。 C. 应急控制电路的开路.短路。 D. 充电器故障或者输出开路.短路。

KEY POINTS TO INSTALLATIONThis chapter introduces the rules of product unpacking, examination, preparation of pre-use and storage.1.1 Unpacking and Examination1. Unpack the AC power supply and check the enclosed accessories. During unpacking, DO NOTmake the power supply cabinet slope for more than 45 degrees.2. The product is sealed in a packing case which is protected by EPE foarm. If there are any damages with the packing case, please check the AC power supply and see if there is any deformation, scratch or panel damaged.3. In case of any damage, please inform us or local distributor immediately. Our service center will maintain it or replace it with a new one. Please use a proper input power before turn on the AC power supply, and use a fuse with same specification of the original. The fuse specification is indicated on the rear panel of the power supply.WARNINGDisconnect the power cord before fuse replacement.WARNINGAlways keep good connection of the grounding wire and make sure to connect the grounding wire to the earth. The 3-pin power plug of the power supply must be connected to a socket with grounding wire. To use a longer wire, make sure it is perfectly grounded to the earth. When the 3-pin power plug of the power supply is plugged into a socket with grounding wire, the power supply has been grounded to the earth.Operation EnvironmentLocation: The installation sites must be away from chemical deposition, explosive material, sulfuric acid mist or other substances which cause corrosion to metal. The installation site shall always keep lean and dry, and free from dusty, high humidity and vibration. And contact our service center before returning. All the accessories included with the power supply must be returned along with the power supply, and demonstrate the damage or malfunction. There will be 10 seconds of soft start delay before the AC power source enters standby status (refer to below for standby status)Standby modeNOTE: All buttons has no response to operation during soft start.3.2.2 Setting ModePress SET button to go into setting mode. Press + or - button to increase or decrease parameters of frequency, voltage, upper or lower float. After parameter setup is finished, press Stop button to return to standby mode.Setting mode3.2.3 Output ModeIn standby mode, press Start button to start output. The LED displays output voltage, load current and watt. FAULTS AND TROUBLE SHOOTINGFault Power switch indicator dose not light on after connected to local AC mains.Causes 1.The input power plug is not properly connected.2.The fuse is blown.Clear 1.Check if the power plug is properly connected.2.Disconnect from local AC mains and replace fuse with same specificationFault Error code displayed on LED.Causes There is big impact loads connected to the grid, for example, welding machine, controlled rectifier device. It can be caused by thunder.Clear Turn off the AC power source and restart it.Fault There is alarm and LED displays 000X.Causes Find out the cause according to error code.0001: Short circuit protection.0002: Over temperature protection.0003: Over current protection.Clear Clear error according to error code, and restart the AC power source. If it is caused by over temperature protection, restart the unit after 5 minutes.If the faults cannot be cleared, please notify our service center or local distributor.5. MAITENANCE5.1 Inspection●Inspect the power supply at regular intervals so that it maintains its initial performance for along time.●Check the input power cord for damage of the vinyl cover and overheating of the plug and cordstopper. Check the terminal screws and binding posts for loosening.●Remove dust from the inside of the casing and ventilation holes of the cover by using acompressed air of the exhaust air of a vacuum cleaner.●If the power supply has not been used for a long time, please power on the power supply towarm up for two hours every three months.5.2 Cleaning●Before cleaning, disconnect the AC mains.●To clean the power supply, use a soft cloth dampened in a solution of mild detergent and water.Do not spray cleaner directly onto the power supply, since it may leak into the cabinet and cause damage.●Do not use chemicals containing benzene, benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, or similarsolvents.●Do not use abrasive cleaners on any portion of the power supply.5.3 ModificationNo any modifications to the circuit or the components can be made to the power supply by the users. In case of any modifications by the users, the warranty will automatically expire with the power supply. And we do not take any responsibility hereafter incurred. If the returned unit be found with any modifications, we will make the power supply to the original status and charge for maintenance service.。

此UPS产品存放的场所必须是干燥且通风良好。
1-2. 准备 本UPS系统在由寒冷环境直接送入室内等温暖环境时,可能会有结露情形。
此时,务必等到完全干燥后,才可进行安装。
为此,在移至安装场所后,请至少放置2小时,让UPS适应该环境后,再行安装。
本UPS系统绝不可安装在附近有水或充满湿气的环境。
本UPS系统绝不可安装在阳光直晒或附近有加热器类设备的场所。
绝不可阻塞或遮蔽本UPS外壳上的通风孔。
1-3. 安装绝不可将可导致本UPS过载的设备(如大功率电机类设备)连接到本UPS的输出端。
电源线等线路在布线时应避开会遭到踩踏或发生绊倒的地方。

二、简介华天HTYS 系列集中供电型三相应急电源,由山东山大华天科技股份有限公司研制生产,是一种安装在建筑物内的备用电源装置。
当建筑物发生火灾、事故或其他紧急情况,导致主电断电时,集中供电型应急电源可以为消防标志灯、照明灯、消防泵和其他重要负载提供第二路应急供电。
与自带电源的消防灯具相比,集中供电型应急电源具有适用范围宽、维护简便、成本低、效率高等显著特点。
随着建筑消防水平的提高,特别是高层、大型建筑的增加,集中供电型应急电源已成为建筑物必备的消防设施。

二、 FEPS概述FEPS消防设备应急电源是专门为消防设备和专用负荷或照明用电而设计。
在交流电网正常时,由交流电网经过本设备内互投装置直接给负载供电,同时本设备内充电器给电池组进行智能充电。
当交流电网断电或电网电压低于±25%额定值时,本设备将立即投切至逆变输出供电,由电池组备用电经过逆变,继续给负载提供正弦波交流电。
当电网电压正常后,本设备将恢复至电网供电。
为适应消防应急时对电源的需求,本设备设有手动故障复位开关、电池组欠压保护强制应急开关。

七、注意项目
在通电过程中除用户按步骤进行调试,同时应进行如下随机检查。 7.1 EPS应急转换时间应<5S,特殊需要订货注明应急转换时间。 7.2 主电源的相电压在187~242V范围内,EPS应急电源不应转入应急状态。 7.3 主电源欠压时,应急电源能自动切换为应急输出。

铭牌上记录了ARD系列自救援装置的型号、功率、输入、输出、序列号(即制造编号)、条形码等信息。

控制器的显示屏和指示灯都不亮: 1. 检查主回路开关。 2. 检查控制电源开关。 3. 检查高压柜门上的门锁开关。 4. 检查控制器上的保险丝。
危险油温
确认油温显示的正确性,如不正确则检查温度传感器是否损坏。 高压硅整流器温升小于 45℃,应适当减小输出。 高压硅整流器温升大于 45℃,查明故障原因或与我公司联系。
轻瓦斯
检查信号线 411,413 是否短路。 查明故障原因,进行适当的处理。
重瓦斯
检查信号线 411,412 是否短路。 查明故障原因或与我公司联系。
3. 周围环境 设备周围的气体应无导电尘埃,和含有腐蚀金属或绝缘材料的气体或蒸 气存在。无爆炸性危险的环境,控制室周围无剧烈震动和冲击,垂直倾 斜度不超过 5%。
4. 电压范围 交流电压应符合以下规定:波形为正弦波,频率为 50Hz,其波动范围不 超过±2%,电压为 380V,其幅度变化不超过±5%,瞬时波动范围不超过 ±10%。

EPS使用维护说明书1、概述1.1PGEPS系列消防应急电源输出纯正弦波,并带接触器式互投装置。
1.2适用于各种照明、动力及混合型用电设备,如:电灯、电梯、风机、水泵、空调等设备的应急供电。
2、主回路原理图3、工作原理3.1 EPS在交流电网供电正常时,由交流电网经过本设备的互投切换装置直接给负载供电,同时内置充电器给电池组进行智能充电。
3.2当电网停止供电或电压低于15%标称值时,本设备将立即自动切换到应急供电状态;由电池组经正弦波逆变,继续给负载提供纯净的正弦波交流电源。
3.2 当电网波压回复正常后,本设备立即自动切换至电网供电。

手动:不管外部输入的市电正常与否,机器都能转换到应急输出状态,并停止充电。
5.4.1.2 强切开关关:在逆变应急状态,为保护电池,如果电池组的总电压小于(10.6*电池数)时,将会电池欠压延时报警,此时无法用液晶显示板上的消声按钮消音,且逆变还有输出,约10秒后机器会停止逆变,液晶显示板显示“直流电压异常”并报警,此时可以消声。
再过10秒后,机器将切断控制电源,直至外部输入的市电正常后,使其自动从新启动。
开:在逆变应急状态,不再保护电池,不管电池组电压降低到何种状态,机器一直逆变输出,直至整机无法工作为止,此后电池的性能将大大降低,甚至报废,故此状功能只用在非常状态,非万不得已禁止使用。

1、蓄电池组电压测量 每月对蓄电池组测量一次其输出是否处于额定工作电压状态。测量时,先将应急装 置前面板电源开关置于 OFF 位置,然后断开三相交流电源开关,用万用表直流电压档测量 蓄电池箱后面板上的电压输出端。看每节电池是否高于或等于直流 12V,如果是证明应急 装置处于完好状态。当测量完毕,应先将总电源开关合上,然后再将应急装置开关打开。 2、充电器检查 每三个月对应急装置充电器进行一次检查。在应急装置处于正常(通电)工作状态和三 相交流电源正常供电情况下,用万用表测量蓄电池电压. 3、模拟应急运行 每六个月对应急装置进行一次模拟应急运行,模拟运行是在正常供电状态下进行,先将 电梯点动往下离开门区约半米,检修开关置于正常位置,然后切断总电源,此时,电梯往 上行到门区后能自动开门。说明应急装置处于完好状态。

(2)应急指示灯:该指示灯为红色,当设备为应急输出时,此指示灯亮。
(3)充电指示灯:该指示灯为红色,当有市电充电机开始工作时,此指示灯亮。
(4)故障指示灯:该指示灯为黄色,当系统检测到设备出现故障时,此指示灯亮,同时进行故障报警。
(5)消音指示灯:该指示灯为红色,当系统检测到有警情时,按下消音键后,此指示灯亮,同时故障报警声消失。
(二)数据设置:第□6□页共□15□页YJDY/S集中型应急电源使用说明书1.按下复位键后,立即按下F1键不动:显示屏由:转入:第□7□页共□15□页YJDY/S集中型应急电源使用说明书2.这时按顺序按下“F2”→“F3”→“消音”进入数据设置状态显示:2.1按屏幕上显示的功能:按F1键将光标移动到所要设置修改参数(XXX)位置;再按F2或F3进行加、减数据;再按F1回到“内部+15V”处,按F2写入;2.2按消音键进入下一步设置:内部-15V:XXX=XXX*XX.XXX主电电压:XXX=XXX*XX.XXX电池电压:XXX=XXX*XX.XXX充电电流:XXX=XXX*XX.XXX输出电流:XXX=XXX*XX.XXX输出电压:XXX=XXX*XX.XXX第□8□页共□15□页YJDY/S集中型应急电源使用说明书均充电流:XXX浮充电流:XXX电池节数:XXX从机机号:XXX以上数据设置应由我公司专业人员设置2.3逆变显示说明逆变状态非逆变状态(三)、强制开关、自动/手动开关的使用:1、强制开关的使用在应急供电时,当设备中的电池放电完毕进入过放电保护而停止逆变输出时,启动强制开关,系统将不受过放保护值控制,强制启动逆变器工作,从而继续为负载供电,直到放电终止。
注意:当过放电的电池继续工作会造成电池的永久损坏,因此,第□9□页共□15□页YJDY/S集中型应急电源使用说明书此强制开关只在十分紧急的情况下使用。
通常情况下,此开关处在“正常”状态。
2、自动手动开关通常情况下,此开关打到“自动”档状态,当市电欠压或失去时,应急电源自动切换到逆变转入应急状态;当打到“手动”档状态,无论有无市电,应急电源都切换到逆变应急状态,此功能主要用于对电池的定期放电。
建议:每六个月对蓄电池进行一次放电,有助于延长电池的使用寿命。
(四)仪表面板显示说明1、电压、电流表用来显示市电电压、输出电压值及输出电流值。
2、输入、输出转换开关第□10□页共□15□页YJDY/S集中型应急电源使用说明书(1)当输入、输出转换开关打到0时“市电电压表”、“输出电压表”将显示为0V。
(2)当输入、输出转换开关打到CA时“市电电压表”、“输出电压表”将显示出CA间输入和输出的线电压。
(3)当输入、输出转换开关打到AB时“市电电压表”、“输出电压表”将显示出AB间输入和输出的线电压。
(4)当输入、输出转换开关打到BC时“市电电压表”、“输出电压表”将显示出BC间输入和输出的线电压。
(五)选配件的说明1、消防联动该功能为选配,通常情况下,消防联动输出回路处于无电状态,当消防联动动作时,输出才转为有电状态。
2、双路互投该功能为选配,该功能的目的是:用两路市电给设备供电,提高供电系统的可靠性。
第□11□页共□15□页YJDY/S集中型应急电源使用说明书两路市电的关系为:1)当市电1(主电)和市电2(备电)都供电时,设备由市电1(主电)供电;2)当市电1(主电)掉电,市电2(备电)有电时,设备由市电2(辅电)供电;市电1(主电)恢复供电后,设备自动转为市电1(主电)供电;3)当市电1(主电)和市电2(备电)都掉电时,设备自动转为逆变器应急供电;当市电1(主电)和市电2(备电)其中有一路恢复后,设备自动转为市电供电。
(六)接线说明1)所有断路器均贴有控制用标识,用户请按标识接线,在接备电线时注意“+—”极性,红正篮负,切勿接反。
2)贴有N标识的端子为共零线端子。
3)贴有PE标识的端子为接地端子。
(七)系统通电运行及蓄电池的维护i.检查设备各接插件是否连接可靠,各部分电缆及端子的连接固定是否可靠。
ii.检查接地保护线是否接入,螺栓有无松动;所有线路板无灰尘、纸屑.第□12□页共□15□页YJDY/S集中型应急电源使用说明书iii.在设备检查完毕后,断开所有输入、输出断路器,在判定接线准确无误后按下列步骤进行通电实验。
1.接通市电,测量电压是否正常。
2.闭合主电输入断路器,在主电优先的条件下,主电旁路运行,应急输出断路器前端有输出电压。
3.充电检测,按图接入电池组,注意直流电源的+-极性,切勿接反。
4.电池接入后,闭合备电断路器,断开主电断路器,此时设备处于应急状态,应急输出断路器前端有输出电压,然后检测逆变显示及输出是否正常。
5.闭合主电输入断路器,采用手动或强制启动测试应急是否正常。
6.主电源在相电压187V~242V范围内,EPS应急电源不应转入应急状态。
7.检测负载功率不应超过本机额定功率,否则会造成自动保护。
8.以上步骤完成后,接通主电、备电、充电输出断路器,设备投入运行。
设备退出时,先关备电开关,后关主电开关。
9.检查系统主菜单,确保系统工作正常;10.检查系统指示灯,有无报警信息;11.带电作业及维护时请小心操作,防止直流短路及触电;第□13□页共□15□页YJDY/S集中型应急电源使用说明书蓄电池的维护1.所有的维护工作必须由专业人员进行.2.系统采用免维护铅酸蓄电池,无需添加电瓶液,但应定期放电,有助于延长电池的寿命。
建议根据周围环境气候大约25摄氏度,每六个月对蓄电池进行一次放电;如气温大于35摄氏度每三个月放电一次,放电的方法可采取切除主电开关或打开“手动/自动”开关,每次放电使其放电至总配置容量的50%,然后合上市电断路器继续充电,或将“手动/自动”开关打到“自动”侧,否则将会造成电池过放电,影响电池使用寿命,放电结束后,请立即转入充电状态,恢复电池容量。
3.建立电池的日常运行记录,并详细记录相关数据,包括电池电压、充电电压、浮充电流和环境温度等,以备查询.4.保持电池表面的清洁度,定期检查电池端子的连接状况,有无松动,如有松动现象,应加以紧固;蓄电池的擦拭采用柔软干织物,紧固螺栓时,采用绝缘工具,防止短路和电击.5.保证每天巡检一次,检查系统是否正常工作.5.除以上维护工作之外,如系统报其它故障,记下显示屏报的故障部位,请及时与本公司客户服务中心联系.(八)注意事项搬运、储存、安装应注意以下事项1.搬运设备应采用机械设备平行搬运,严禁倒置。

3.产品储存环境温度为-10~55℃,相对湿度<80%。
4.产品储存不含酸性、碱性以及其它腐蚀性,及易燃易爆气体的空气环境中。
5.产品储存应置于防尘、防雨、防潮的环境内,设备暂存时用高于10cm的木踏板将设备与地面隔离。
6.设备的安装,设备底座设有落地安装孔,安装前用户必须先确定安装位置,然后将设备安装就位,用螺栓固定,设备固定时应采用水平仪或用垂线进行测量安装,以保证设备置于水平位置。
7.设备安装应留有维修操作位置,设备背面距离墙面应保持0.8~1米的维修过道。
8.电源柜上下设有外部电缆进线孔,用户可根据现场要求将进线孔敲开,将电缆线引入到设备内。
9.蓄电池的安装,应避免蓄电池跌落及碰撞,接线时防此短路现象发生,以免造成蓄电池燃坏。
(九)有限责任他相关资料中的要求而引发的费用。
(十)保修在用户完全遵守说明书规定的运输、储存、安装和操作使用的第□15□页共□15□页YJDY/S集中型应急电源使用说明书条件下,产品从出厂之日起计算保修时间,保修时间为一年。
在保修期内,设备出现的运行质量问题,由我公司负责免费维修。
(十一)随机备品备件和文件1、随机备品备件按合同规定的要求配置,并随机装箱。
2、随机文件:产品合格证或合格证书一份;使用说明书一份;出厂检验报告一份。
