Modulation Pop-up SlidersThe modulation Pop-up contains modulation amount sliders.Again, modulation controls have the same color as theModulation Source Slot they represent and will appear only ifthe slot is enabled. The controls are bipolar,so sliding them up to the maximumwill result in positive modulation, while sliding them down tothe minimum will result in negative modulation.Double Clickto set to0-and turn the modulation o .Most modulation amount sliders have the following curve-which enables more resolution in values that are closer to zerountil the25%mark,and then linear action afterwards.Stereo ModulationNotice that Mod slot2looks di erent in the image of the sliders above.Click the circle icon below any modulation slider to toggle modulation from that source between mono and stereo. In stereo mode, you can set di erent modulation depths—even one positive and the other negative—for the left and right sides of a stereo signal. This can result in some truly wild modulation e ects.Want thefilter cuto to sweep up for the left side as it goes down for the right? You can do that!SettingsClick the gear-shaped icon to open the Settings panel, where three useful categories of settings reside:General,Tuning and MIDI.These are global settings, meaning they a ect all Presets equally and do not change at the Preset level.General SettingsThese govern the size of the Filtron plug-in window and the behavior of its controls.GUI ScaleYou can resize the Filtron window from50%to200%infivesteps.Smaller sizes are good for situations where you maywant to cram a lot of plug-ins rger ones are idealfor multi-display setups or working with Filtron as a sounddesign tool all by itself.Knob ModeThis governs the response of the Classic Filter’s mainFrequency knob as well as any other knob-shaped control inFiltron’s interface(such as those in the modulation sources.Round:Change the frequency by dragging around the circumference of the knob, almost like you were turning a physical knob.Linear:Change the frequency by dragging up and down on the knob.MIDI LearnIn addition to using the modulation sources that occupy the four slots, you can map Filtron’s parameters directly to physical controls on a MIDI controller. This includes the main controls as well as parameters within the modulation sources themselves.1. 2. 3.1.Right click on any parameter to display it’s MIDI learn pop-up.2.Now,click the Learn button to switch the display to activate recordingmode.3.Move the control you want to use on your MIDI device, and the displayshould change to reflect the newly learned assignment,1for the modulation wheel:Word to the Wiz:DAWs(e.g.Apple Logic Pro)may have their own native meansof mapping physical MIDI controls to parameters in third-partyplug-ins,which may conflict with or override Filtron’sprocedure. When in doubt, always consult your DAW’sdocumentation!Thank you for using Filtron!Have fun!。

The voltage for the solenoidsswitching is boosted by a charge pump. The AC model contains an internal transformer that can be powered by 110v or 220v from which it generates the 24v AC for the solenoids.Flushing cycles may be triggered either by time or by the embeddedelectronic DP sensor reaching the set point or by a dry contact signal from an external DP sensor.Endless looping problems can be eliminated by detecting repeatedconsecutive cycles passing beyond a predefined limit. The unit can optionally handle a Pressure-Sustaining / Main valve, and anAlarm output. The unit is equipped with a customized LCD display and key board. The unit counts separately the number of flushing cycles triggered by DP, by time and manually.Energy wiring 2.5Watts Solar panelChargelimiterAcummulatorFiltron 20 30 DC: Energy wiring.Outputs & Dry contacts Inputs wiringInlet(High pressure)Outlet (Low pressure)Inlet(High pressure)Dry contact Pressure meterDry contact DP sensor12V DC solenoidsFiltron 20 30 DC: Outputs and inputs wiring.Energy wiring& Built-in Analog DP sensorInlet (High pressure)Filtron 20 30 DC: Outputs and inputs wiring.Outlet (Low pressure)Four Alkaline batteries Size D.Built-in Analog DP sensorEnergy wiring24V ACFiltron 20 30 AC: Energy wiring.Plug in to 220V or 110V AC110V AC Powersupply220V AC PowersupplyProduct Description1. MANUA L Filtron 20 30 DC: Product Description. How to program the controllerThe controller is equipped with an LCD display and 4 keys as displayed below. When the unit is left untouched for a minute the display is switched off and the only life signal is given by a beep sound that can be heard every 20 seconds. Holding down any of the keys for a few seconds will bring the screen back to life. The screen consists of several fields, some of them are editable and some of them are not. For inserting EDIT MODE the ENTER key has to be pushed. The EDIT MODE is indicated by blinking of the characters at the currently editable field. Each time the ENTER key is pushed again, the next editable field becomes under focus and starts blinking. While in EDIT MODE the “+” and “-“ keys can be used for changing the value under focus. Pushing the ENTER key again will set the selected value to the current field and move the focus to the next editable field which will start blinking. Once entering this process of passing through the editable fields, the user has no way back but by pushing the ENTER key repeatedly, he passes through the chain of editable fields until arriving back to the FLUSH TIME field, specific application. The configuration process is described below. The chain of editable fieldsFollowing is the chain of editable fields. The existence of the DP SET-POINT field depends on whether the systemThe Flush TimeDefines the duration of the flushing time per station. The following options are selectable:5-20 sec in steps of 1 sec 20-55 sec in steps of 5 sec 1-6 min in steps of 0.5 minThe DP Set PointAt this field the user d efines the pressure difference between the filter’s inlet and outlet that when reached, a flushing cycle will take place. The DP set-point field will disappear if there is no Electronic DP connected. In this case the Digital DP input can be used.Nonzero value Set-point would have caused the controller to ignore the Digital DP input completely, but a zero Set-point would make the Digital DP effective and cause the Electronic DP to be ignored. When the pressure is expressed in BAR, the range of values is 0.1 – 1.0 BAR. When the pressure is expressed in PSI, the range of values is 0- 15 PSI.The closed Digital DP contact will be indicated by the symbol:The Flush ModeThe Flush Mode defines how the flushing cycles is triggered. The selectable options are as follows:OFF - no flushing will take placeBy time – In this case the flushing cycles will be repeated in a selected interval or will be triggered by the DPsignal depending on what happens first. No matter how was the flushing cycle started the interval to the next cycle will start to be measured again after each ending of a flushing sequence. The selectable intervals are the following:5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 minutes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 18, 24, 72, 120 hoursDP – flushing will be triggered by DP only.-“ keys are pressed and held down simultaneously the “Flush Mode” fieldwill show the left time until next cycle, alternately hours and minutes. The AccumulationsThe unit accumulates and displays the number of flushing cycles caused by DP, by time or manually At each of the accumulation fields, the “+” or “-“ keys may be used for clearing the accumulated value. The ConfigurationIn order to enter into the configuration process press and hold down the ENTER key for at least 3 seconds. The unit will detect how many “plug-in” boards (each of 2 outputs) are used in the particular case. How will the outputs be allocated depends on the definitions made during the configuration process described below. The following rules apply:1. Backflush valves will be allocated starting from output 1 and up.2. The lasts backflush valves can be canceled and then its allocated output will be left unused.3. Three additional output devices can be included in the configuration: Alarm output, Delay-Valve andMain-Valve. Their location on the terminal board will be right after the last backflush valve, first theAlarm output next the Delay valve and then the Main valve.Example:Assuming there are 3 “10 outp uts” plug-in boards, this makes 30 outputs for use. If there are no Alarm-output, no Delay-Valve and no Main-Valve all the 30 outputs will be allocated for backflush valves. If additionally a Main-Valve is defined, the first 29 outputs will be allocated for backflush valves and output No 30 for the Main-Valve. All the last backflush valves can be disabled and left unused. If additionally a Delay-Valve is defined it will be allocated to output 29 right before the Main valve, leaving the first 28 outputs for backflush valves. If additionally an Alarm-output is defined it will be allocated before the Delay-Valve leaving the first 27 outputs for backflush valves. In order to disable a backflush output, go to view output and click “Yes”. Then go to the desirable outputs and click on “Manual” button. The output number will change to “--“symbol.During the configuration process the following features are defined:Main Valve (sustaining valve) - Yes/ No. When the answer is “Yes” the Pre Dwell delay can be set. The Pre Dwelldelay is measured between the command to the Main Valve and the command toStation No. 1. The selectable steps are:5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 sec1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6 minDwell time - the delay between stations – can be set to 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, or60 sec.DP delay - the delay during which the DP sensor reading is expected to remain stable beforereaction – 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 sec.Looping limit - the number of consecutive flushing cycles triggered by the DP sensor before decidingthat there is an endless looping problem. The options are: 1-10 or “no” which meansignoring the looping problem.Alarm - Yes/No – allocating one output for alarm activation.Delay Valve - Yes/No – allocating an output for Delay Valve activation.View Outputs - this is a special mode that enables passing through the list of outputs to see howeach output was allocated. Use the + key to change the “no” into “yes” and confir m by“Enter”, then keep using the + key to pass through the list. At the bottom left cornerthe ordinal number of the output is displayed and its allocated function appears inlarge letters at the center of the screen. Notice that the number of possible outputsthat can be used is always an even number since it results from the number of “plugin” boards (each of 10 outputs) included. However if the number of outputs needed isnot necessary, then the last valves allocated for flushing may be disabled by use ofthe manual operations key.Pressure units - deciding about the units to be used for pressure measurement. Selecting betweenBAR or PSI.Calibration- Zero calibration of the built in electronic DP sensor. While the sensor ports aredisconnected select Calibration = Yes.Version display- The last screen of the configuration supplies information about the software version ofthe controller. The version consists of 6 digits like the following:011306Handling Endless Looping problemsAs explained above, endless looping problem will be declared when the number of consecutive flushing cycles triggered by the DP sensor exceeds the “Looping limit” defined during configuration. The fact that endless looping problem was detected will be indicated on the display and will cause the activation of the Alarm output, additionally, the DP indication will no longer be considered as a trigger for flushing. The following flushing cycles will be triggered by the interval count down only. The problem will be considered as solved when the constant indication of the DP sensor will be removed. Handling Low pressureWhen a closed contact indication is received at the low pressure input of the controller, the symbol will start to appear blinking at the display. All activities will stop including the countdown to the next flushing cycle. If the low pressure happened while a flushing sequence was in progress, when the low pressure condition terminates the flushing sequence will start from the beginning rather than continue from the stop point.Connecting the DP sensor to the filter systemThe DP sensor is connected to the filter system by 2 command tubes, the one which comes from the filter inlet (High pressure) will be connected to the red point, and the one that comes from the outlet (Lower pressure) will go to the black point. It is important to put a small filter of 120 mesh (not supplied) between the red point and the high pressure connection point.Low batteryThe unit has two levels of low battery indication. At the first level when the battery voltage drops to the first level, the sign will start to appear at the screen. When the battery voltage drops further and reaches the second level, all outputs will shut down, the screen will be cleared leaving only the low battery icon.Manual activationA flushing sequence can be manually activated by the “MANUAL” key. When manually activated the icon will appear on the display. The same key will be used for manually terminating a sequence in progress.Main valveValve 1Valve 2Valve 3Valve 4Main valve Valve 1Valve 2Valve 3Valve 4Delay valve Timing DiagramWithout Delay ValveIncluding Delay ValveTECHNICAL DATADC MODELPower source:6v supplied by 4 x 1.5 “D” size alkaline batteries.or 12v DC dry batteryor 12v rechargeable battery with solar panel of 2 wattsOutputs :12v DC latching solenoids.DP:Embedded electronic analog DP sensoror external dry contact DP sensor.Pressure Sensor:Dry contact pressure sensorOperating temperature:0-60 C.AC MODELPower source:220 or 110 v AC 50 or 60 Hz with built in transformer to 24v AC. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE.Englewood, CO 80110Safety: Polycarbonate Bowls! CAUTIONPolycarbonate bowls, being transparent and tough, are ideal for use with Filters and Lubricators. They are suitable for use in normal industrial environments, but should not be located in areas where they could be subjected to direct sunlight, an impact blow, nor temperatures outside of the rated range. As with most plastics, some chemicals can cause damage. Polycarbonate bowls should not be exposed to chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones, esters and certain alcohols. They should not be used in air systems where compressors are lubricated with fire-resistant fluids such as phosphate ester and di-ester types.Metal bowls are recommended where ambient and/or media conditions are not compatible with polycarbonate bowls. M etal bowls resist the action of most such solvents, but should not be used where acids or bases are present or in salt laden atmospheres. Consult the factory for specific recommendations where these conditions exist.TO CLEAN POL YCARBONATE BOWLS USE MILD SOAP AND WATER ONLY! DO NOT use cleansing agents such as acetone, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, gasoline, toluene, etc., which are damaging to this plastic.! WARNINGTo avoid polycarbonate bowl rupture that can cause personal injury or property damage, do not exceed bowl pressure or temperature ratings.Polycarbonate bowls have a 150 psig (1030 kPa) pressure rating and a maximum temperature rating of 52°C (125°F).With Metal BowlkPa PSIG bar Operating Pressure Maximum 172425017.2Operating Temperature Maximum 80°C (175°F)Operating Temperature Minimum0°C (32°F)Note: The maximum recommended pressure drop for a particulate filter is 69 kPa (10 PSIG, 0.7 bar)ANSI SymbolInstallation1.The Filter / Regulator should be installed with reasonable accessibility forservice whenever possible – repair service kits are available. Keep pipe or tubing lengths to a minimum with inside clean and free of dirt and chips.Pipe joint compound should be used sparingly and applied only to the male pipe – never into the female port. Do not use PTFE tape to seal pipe joints – pieces have a tendency to break off and lodge inside the unit, possibly causing malfunction. Also, new pipe or hose should be installed between the Filter / Regulator and equipment being protected.2.The upstream pipe work must be clear of accumulated dirt and liquids.3.Select a Filter / Regulator location as close as possible to the equipmentbeing protected.4.Install Filter / Regulator so that air flows in the direction of arrow on body.5.Install Filter / Regulator vertically with the bowl drain mechanism at thebottom. Free moisture will thus drain into the sump (“quiet zone”) at the bottom of the bowl.6.Gauge ports are located on both sides of the Filter / Regulator body foryour convenience. It is necessary to install a gauge or socket pipe plugs into each port during installation.Operation1.Both free moisture and solids are removed automatically by the filter.2.Manual drain filters must be drained regularly before the separated moistureand oil reaches the bottom of the baffle or end cap.3.The filter element should be removed and replaced when pressuredifferential across the filter is 69 kPa (10 psig).4.Before turning on the air supply, turn the knob counterclockwise untilcompression is released from the pressure control spring. Then turn knob clockwise and adjust regulator to desired downstream pressure. This permits pressure to build up slowly in the downstream line.B12 Filter / Regulator Series83-954-000* Element kits include body / bowl seal.† Grease in kits is silicone free.5.T o decrease regulated pressure settings, always reset from a pressurelower than the final setting required. Example, lowering the secondary pressure from 550 to 410 kPa (80 to 60 psig) is best accomplished by dropping the secondary pressure to 350 kPa (50 psig), then adjusting upward to 410 kPa (60 psig).6.When desired secondary pressure settings have been reached, push theknob down to lock this pressure setting.Bowl(See Warning)(Do Not Scratch Internal Surfaces)Clean with lint-free cloth.!ServiceCaution: Disconnect or shut off air supply and exhaust the primary and secondary pressures before servicing unit. Turning the adjusting knob counterclockwise does not vent downstream pressure on non-relieving regulators. Downstream pressure must be vented before servicing regulator.Note:Grease packets are supplied with kits for lubrication of seals.Use only mineral based grease or oils. Do not use synthetic oils such as esters. Do not use silicones.Note:After servicing unit, turn on air supply and adjust regulator tothe desired downstream pressure. Check unit for leaks. If leakage occurs, do not operate - conduct repairs and retest.Servicing Filter Element -1.Unscrew the bottom threaded collar and remove bowl.2.Unscrew the baffle and then remove element.3.Clean all internal parts and bowl before reassembling. See polycarbonatebowl cleaning section. IMPORT ANT: The Filter / Regulator will not operate properly if the deflector is not installed properly. The deflector must be installed between the filter holder and the filter body.4.Install new element.5.Attach baffle and finger tighten firmly.6.Replace bowl seal. Lightly lubricate new seal to assist with retaining it inposition.7.Install bowl into body and tighten collar; hand tight, plus 1/4 turn.Servicing Regulator -1.Disengage the adjusting knob by pulling upward. T urn adjusting knobcounterclockwise until the compression is released from the pressure control spring.2.Remove the bonnet and bowl assemblies by unscrewing the twothreaded collars.3.Remove diaphragm assembly from bonnet assembly.4.Remove filter stem, filter element, valve assembly, and valve returnspring.5.Clean and carefully inspect parts for wear or damage.

1) 将设备与电源相连; 2) 配置过程即PLC的定义;
PRESS <ENTER>
TEST SOLENOIDS (按ENTER,检测电磁阀)
Failure(故障) Success(正常)
TEST SOLENOID 6 TEST SOLENOID
op NO CONNECTION c****ok****

PRESS <ENTER> (要否报警功能?)
FOR WATER METER
PRESS <ENTER> (有流量计吗?)
METER RATIO
1) 工作周期; 2) 反洗时间; 3) 相邻过滤头反洗间隔时间;
PLC F:1-5 W.M
M:6 V:7 A:8 水表
NO.OF FILTERS
FOR MASTER VALVE
PRESS <ENTER> (有主阀吗?)
DWELL TIME
VALVE DELAY
1.可选择的DC,AC电源(现出厂设置为AC220V、50HZ交流电源);
2.输入:1个压差计,1个水表,1个低压检测表;
.ü..?..?..?..?..?..
FLUSHING TIME
FOR DELAY VALVE
