3.5吨/年粘土烘干机的设计

摘要:本课题设计的是3.5万吨/年粘土回转烘干机,粘土是生产水泥的主要原料,回转烘干机对粘土的烘干对水泥生产有重要的作用。针对课题设计采用顺流式烘干机,回转烘干机内部装置选择抄板式,根据产量可以确定烘干器的规格。物料从进料口进入烘干机,烟气从相同的方向进入烘干机,对物料进行烘干。本设计用煤是从课本上提供的铜川烟煤对烟气进行计算,以确定废气量、功率。燃烧室选用层燃燃烧室,收尘设备选用旋风收尘器。

年产量为3.5万吨的黏土,初水分为25%(湿基),终水分为2%(湿基),的干燥过程设备选取及工艺设计。

2.设计依据

物性:粘土的绝干比热容0.94kJ/(kg ℃)[]14
