为了提高服务质量、降低服务成本，本文针对通用故障初学冰箱冰柜维修的几个基本步骤给出相应检修的方法，以供参考。
针对冰箱压缩机不启动故障现象，逐步分析判定故障原因，提高维修冰箱的准确性、时效性，同时提高维修技能，一、检查外接电源以及压缩机输入电压有无检查接电源、压缩机输入电压是否符合标准要求（187V～242V），用万用表交流档外接电源、压缩机输入电压情况是否在此范围之内，如不符合要应采取措施调整到正常范围之内。
二、环境温度过低a. 环境温度过低（1～10℃）时，如果冰箱为人工补偿方式，此时需要打开补偿开关，如果磁性温度补偿开关，则需要检查磁性开关是否正常：因为环境温度过低，特别是对于双温单控冰箱的冰箱，只要压缩机工作很短时间冷藏室就达到了预定的温度（1～10℃），同时由于环境温度低，冷藏室的温度回升很慢或不回升，压缩机长时间不工作，停机的时间过长，而造成冷冻室的温度过高，达不到－18℃以下。
b. 当环境温度低于0℃时，应停止使用冰箱：因为环境温度低于0℃时，压缩机油变稠，润滑性能变差；同时冷凝压力变低，制冷剂不会流入蒸发器，此时若继续使用冰箱不会正常工作还可能会造成压缩机损坏。
三、检查温控器或主控板是否正常a. 首先检查温控器是否在“0”档，如不在此档位，再检查温控器是否正常：在通电的情况下将温控器档位调至强冷档（无强冷档则调到7档），如果感温探头在箱内也可用热毛巾加温温控器感温探头，观察压缩机是否运行。
如果压缩机不启动，则温控器可能有故障，此时可切断电源拆下温控器用万用表欧姆档测量电源接点与压缩机输入接点是否导通（阻值为零，根据温控器的型号、参数标牌测量相应的接点）。
如导通再检查温控器感温管是否有折断、裂纹、泄露泄漏现象，如有则需要更换温控器。
b. 对于电子控制系统的冰箱，在通电的情况下，用万用表交流电压挡测量主控板输入电压与输出电压是否正常，显示屏是否显示压缩机工作？各传感器是否正常？各接插件接触是否正常？如输入端电压正常输出端无电压则说明主控板有故障。

二、压缩机螺丝松动
如果电源连接正常可以监听下压缩机是否正常工作。
压缩机在正常工作时会发出细小的马达振动声。
当压缩机内高压输出缓冲管断裂，或固定此管的螺钉松动，造成高压管不排气，低压管不吸气，所以压缩机虽运转，但不制冷。
解决办法:打开机壳，更换新的缓冲管，或将拧紧螺钉。

4、除霜问题：检查冰箱是不是长时间没有除霜，造成霜层过厚。
5、开门检查：咨询用户是否开门频繁，咨询用户正确使用，并检查门封是否闪缝。
6、产品放置：产品不要直晒，通风要良好，散热侧要与墙壁保持10公分以上距离。
7、低温补偿检查：对于单系统冰箱，检查环温高于16度低温补偿加热丝是否仍加热，如果加热，检查磁敏温度开关，如果加热但磁敏温度开关正常，可判定是主控板故障。
8、制冷效果差：按制冷效果差流程检查。
电冰箱的维护说明
四、擦拭电器零件周围时，应将电源插头拔除，并注意电源线是否有破损。
五、擦拭冰箱背面时，小心不要被散热器或压缩机的高温部位烫伤。
六、冷冻室及冷藏室，最好每个月清洁一次，在清洁前先把冰箱内物品全部取出，同时拔下电源插头。冰箱底部的蒸发盘，每月应清洗二次，避免因杂质而发生恶臭。不过取出蒸发盘时，应小心往前拉并握住，小心摔落。
5.快速设定：在设定参数时，三个数字中有一个数闪烁，若按△键则设定值末位数加1；若按此键不放开，约三秒钟后，设定值连续加1；若按▽键则设定值末位数减1；若按此键不放开，约三秒钟后，设定值连续减1。
注意事项与维护：
1.培养箱在搬运中，禁止倒置及大于45度的倾斜。
2.使用中切勿频繁改变设定值，以免压缩机频繁启动造成过载，影响设备使用寿命
七、插入插头后，注意是否确实插好，不可有异常发热现象。

使用方法：
1.接通电源，打开电源开关，使开关处于“通”的位置，设备进入上电状态。此时即可开始温度和时间的设定操作。
2.温度/时间键可进行温度与时间切换：
1)温度设定：按一下温度/时间键，仪表的温度设定指示灯亮。按设定键进入SV状态，设定显示窗三个数字中有一个数闪烁，在按移位键（ ）将闪烁数位移至需设定位，然后按▽或△键即可改变温度设定值所需温度（最小值0℃），最后按下设定键将设定值存入单片机，此时左显示窗显示测量温度，右显示窗显示设定温度。
7、应尽量减少开门次数，缩短存取食品的时间。热的食品需冷却到室温后方可放入冰箱。
8、对于间冷式冰箱(即风冷冰箱)，保存食品时，食品不要离出风口太近。对于直冷式冰箱，当结霜厚度达5毫米时，需进行人工除霜。

五、冰箱系统检查1.制冷系统检查步骤：(1)通电30分钟判断是否制冷。
(2)将电冰箱温控系统置于正常档位，通电120分钟检查制冷温度。
冷藏室平均温度在O—10℃之间；冷冻室最高温度在-18℃以下。
开停机情况：在冰箱持续通电2小时后，夏天开停比为3：1—1：1，冬天为1：3一1：5。
当环境室温为18℃时，冰箱运行约15分钟，停机约45分钟左右。
当室温为35℃时，冰箱运行约为45分钟，停机15分钟左右才能满足冰箱制冷需要。
(3)氮气保压检漏(不得以其它气体替代)。
漏是指制冷系统制冷剂微漏或全部泄漏。
原因有：焊缝质量不好，管道与接头受腐蚀或碰撞后有裂纹，蒸发器腐蚀穿孔等。
现象为：制冷效果下降甚至不制冷，压缩机排气管与冷凝器热度下降甚至不热。

2.压缩机的工作原理
• 活塞在气缸中不断往返运动，对制冷剂气体进行吸入 和压缩。工作过程如图7-12所示。图(a )表示气缸内的 容积达到最大值。活塞按箭头指示的方向运行到最低 点，将要返行开始压缩气缸内的气体。吸气阀关闭。 图(b )表示气缸内的气体被压缩，气体压力升高，排气 阀被打开而排出气体。图(c) 表示活塞运行到上止点， 排气完成后将要返回。随后由于气缸容积开始扩大， 气体压力降低使排气阀关闭。图d表示气缸内的容积继 续扩大，压力继续降低使吸气阀被打开。然后，活塞 回到图(d)的位置，完成一个完整的压缩过程，达到了 使气体从吸气阀进入气缸，在气缸内被压缩，通过排 气阀排出的目的。按此原理制成的机器称为往复活塞 式压缩机。

2.冷凝器结构
• (1)百叶窗式 把冷凝器蛇形管道嵌在冲压成百叶窗形状 的铁制薄板上。靠空气的自然流动散发热量，如图718所示。薄板的厚度约为0.5～0.6mm，冷凝管直径 5～6mm。 • (2)钢丝式 在冷凝器蛇形盘管平面两侧点焊上数十条 钢丝，钢丝直径约1.5mm，钢丝间距5～7mm，如图719所示。 • (3)内藏式 将冷凝管贴附在薄钢板的内侧，薄钢板的外 侧作为箱体的表面或侧壁，由此向外散热，如图7-24 所示。这种冷凝器散热效果较差，但箱体美观。
