考点一．状从句

1.引： when, as, while ：当。。。候

( not )⋯till / until直到⋯ 才(⋯)

as soon as 一⋯就⋯before在⋯以前

after 在。。。以后since 自从

2.中考考点：

1)由when 、after 、before 、as soon as、 till /until引的状从句，遵从主将从、

主祈从、主情从的原。

★I will go and visit you when I have time next week .

★Please wait for me until I come back .

★Tom can ring you up as soon as he reaches Canada .

2)由 when、 after 、 before 、 as soon as、 not ⋯ till /unti 引的状从句，遵从主从的原。

★Mozart started writing music when he was four .

★Her mother didn’t go to bed until she got home .

3)以 when 引的状从句，主句去行，从句一般去

以 while 引的状从句，通常用行

★The students were singing when the teacher came in .

★Tim was cooking while his mother was cooking .

★Never trouble me while I’m sleeping .

4) 通翻when 的，来辨是从是状从，并用不同的.

when : 当。。。的候引状从句→主将从

考点二．条件状从句

1.引： if 如果unless 如果不。。。，除非

2.中考考点：

1)由 if 和 unless 引的条件状从句，遵从主将从

★If you don’t go to the meeting tomorrow, I won’t either .

★H e won’t catch the early bus unless he hurries up .

2)根据 if 的 ,来辨是从是状从,并用正确的. if : 如果引条件状从句→主将从

是否引从句，根据状判断

I wonder if it will rain tomorrow . If it rains , we’ ll stay at home.

考点三 .步状从句

1.though / although尽管、“ 然”,不能与but同使用。

例： Although the traffic was heavy, we got to the station on time.

= The traffic was heavy, but we got to the station on time. 2.even

though/ if “即使”

例： Even though he is old, he looks young.

考点四．原因状从句：because “因”

1.例： I like listening to music because it is relaxing.

2.because 不能与 so 同用。

例： Bob didn ’tgo to school yesterday because he had a bad headache.

=Bob had a bad headache so he couldn’tgo to school.

考点五．果状从句

1.so⋯that ⋯如此⋯以致于⋯

★s o+adj/adv+that ⋯

例： The FIFA World Cup is so fantastic that a lot of people in the world are crazy about it.

2.such⋯that ⋯如此⋯以致于⋯

★such + n + that ⋯

例： It ’s such bad weather that we have to put off our meeting.

1.so that “以便；了”，特点：常含can， could 等情。

2.in order that 以便；了
