• 如果项目传送失败，WinCC flexible 通常(tōngcháng)会提示失败原因。 常见的失败原因有通信失败和 HMI 操作系统不兼容。

WINCC工程设置工程设置：：1．找到更新的文件夹，点击文件夹内如下图标：，然后等待新工程的打开；2．由于WINCC工程的计算机属性（如下图打开）中的计算机名一定要和运行的该台电脑上的计算机名一致（大小写可以没关系）WINCC才能运行，如果名字不一致，则不能激活WINCC工程。

MCGS嵌入版工程下载及工程上传概述用户现场调试和修改工程后经常要给已经运行了一段时间后的TPC重新下载工程。
多语言之前版本在每次下载的时候会自动删除屏上工程产生的所有数据，为了让用户根据需求有所选择，下载配置选项进行了优化，用户可以自主选择需保留的数据。
现场调试时从屏里直接上传工程，然后使用，可以避免用户版本管理混乱造成的错误。
下载功能在组态环境下选择工具菜单中的“下载配置”，将弹出下载配置对话框，如下图所示，其中背景方案等选项与 6.5及之前版本一致（具体参见,McgsHelp.chm中：MCGS嵌入版的安装升级指导），多语言版本中增加了下载选项：A. 清除配方数据重新下载时是否清除屏中原来工程的配方数据(包括计划曲线的配方数据)。
B. 清除历史记录重新下载时是否清除屏中原工程中保存的存盘数据。

面板上传下载问题大全前言：本文档基于ProTool 或ProTool/Pro V6 SP2 Asia 版本。
使用ProTool 组态的Sim atic 系列面板按如下表格分类基于文本的面板TD17，OP3,OP5,OP7,OP15,OP17基于图形的面板OP25,OP27,TP27,OP35,OP37,TP37基于Windows 的面板TP170 和OP170 系列，TP270 和OP270 系列，MP270 和MP370 系列一、基于文本或图形的面板1. 我应该使用什么电缆对基于文本或图形的面板进行下载？答：对于这类面板，在出厂设置下（即还没有下载过项目文件）必须使用专用的串口电缆进行项目下载。
该电缆订货号为：6XV1 440-2KH32（注意：OP3 下载必须使用随设备自带的串口下载电缆，一头为标准9针头，一头类似电话线接头），电缆接线图如下：如果面板现有项目界面中集成了MPI下载的选项，下载下载时也可以使用MPI方式。
如果使用用MPI下载，必须使用相应的通讯处理器（CP），例如：CP5511，CP5611，.. CP5613。
MPI电缆的接线方式为：3－3，4－4，5－5，8－8。
注意：PC Adapter也可以实现对面板的MPI下载，但是面板MPI口不能给PC Adapter供电，所以不能直接连接。
需要用Profibus电缆连接面板与PLC的MPI口，并把PC Adapter插在PLC一侧Profibus连接器的PG接口上，PC Adapter即可访问到面板。
注意：USB-串口转换器不能用于串口下载注意：原装电缆能确保设备正常工作。
若在工程紧急且确实没有此电缆的情况下,用户可自制电缆下装程序。
但因此产生的设备损坏等不良后果,西门子不承担其负责。

１，MP277，右下角有个版本：1.1.0.0可能和你组态时WINCCFLEXIBLE项目中的设备版本不匹配，你可更换OS 版本也行，也在将WINCCFLEXIBLE项目中的设备版本改成和MP277版本一样的。
２，在启动屏时进入操作面板中的第三个选项CONTROLPLANE进入面板可查看OPPRO属性中的DRIVER中就能看到MP277的版本号！。
