外企网申答案整理（宝洁联合利华皇家）

两年前应届毕业时参加过好多招聘会，做过很多网申，尤其是外企的，最近整理PC，发现之前有些资料还在，想着现在也是金九银十的秋招高峰期，拿来跟学弟学妹们分享下，希望对你们略有帮助

一、谈论工作经历,实习经历work

XXX School

International exam department

Responsible for students’ study and life; took direct charge of the tutorial curric ulum in the evening; communicated between the students and teachers; informed parents of their children’s daily performance; dealt with emergency.

the banking lobby

assistant lobby manager

assisted and supported the manager in building and retaining customer relationships; received tens of customers everyday and provided them with guidance on various kinds of business;helped customers use the ATM and Automatic Inquiry Machine;resolved customers’ requests and questions promptly; introduced 20 finacial products to customers; handled customer’s complaints.

二、谈论校园活动Activities org. 以及取得的成绩，奖项等achievements

（这个不全，格式有问题，可能是cut后的版本）gained the exellent assosiation prize in Hubei University of Economics ;successfully orgnized the 'XXX Cup'debate competition,the largest and most popular Chinese debate competition in our campus. 32teams ,each of which was consisted of 4 debaters,took part in the competition.

won the Bronze prize in China Challenge Cup for Student Entrepreneurship in Hubei final.

First prize was gained in the 16th “FLTRP cup” National English Debating Competition central China final by two of our team members; One of our team members won the 3rd prize in the China daily "21st Century Cup" National English Speaking Competition.

三、open question 开放性问题（这个有的企业的特长，特多，简直写的吐血，印象里写了好多题，不过现在只能找到下面三个了，时间太长了）

（一）求职最看重哪些方面、求职应该考虑哪些方面、你期待企业或职位给你带来哪些好处、写出5点你最看重的、为什么选择我们公司或者这个职位，类似的问题，都可以转化

1、Interest:I believe that one is able to live up to his true potential only when he’s doing things he really loves.

2、Growth and Learning potential:I expect to require some both commen and special skills,know myself better , and broaden my horizons in the course of work..

3、Company culture:the culture decides the way employees interact at their workplace.A healthy culture encourages the employees to stay motivated and loyal towards the management.

4、Personality and ability:one's personality and abilities should match the requirements of the job.We should pursue the career that is best fit for us.

5、Economic & self satisfaction.;It’s realistic because I have to exist first ;Self satisfaction is very important because it can bring us great motivation and happiness.

（二）写出你组织或参与的一个活动，说明你都做了哪些工作，起到了什么作用，收获了什么，心得体会类

orgnizing a team and then taking part in the' challenge cup'for Student Entrepreneurship competition.

learning:1、Timely communication among the team members is necessary;The lack of timely communication once resulted in a big mistake that seriously influenced our competition.

2、one of the most important tasks of a leader is to find every member's strength and weakness,and effectively assign tasks to the members. I fully considered my teammate's major,persinality and special skills while building the team.And that is a key factor in establishing a team with efficiency.

3、Once you are encountered with great difficulty beyond your power,never hesitate to turn to others for help,no matter he is in or out of your team.Try to use all your resources when you are doing so .During the preparation period, we needed to use a new software,but nobody of us was good at it,so we asked the ERP Assosiation to guide us.

（三）自我评价Self-assessment

1、have a good logical thinking and language expression ability with a lot of experience of speech and debate

2 、in charge of student orgnizations, accumulated plenty of managerial and orgnizational experience ，developed good coordination capability 3、have a good learning ability and a strong spirit of teamwork
