船舶应变部署表Ship Emergency Muster List

1编制责任Compiling Responsibilities

当船员变动时，三副应修改船舶应变部署表，经船长批准后公布执行。

When crew changes occur, the third officer should change Emergency muster list. Emergency muster list comes into effect after master’s ratification.

2应变部署表的编制原则Principles for Compilation of Emergency muster list.

2.1责任原则Principle of Responsibility

−关键部位、关键动作派得力人员；Capable people for key parts and action

−根据本船情况，可以一职多人或一人多职;

According to the actual case, several jobs for one people or several people for one job.

−人员编排应最有利于应变任务的完成。

Arrangement of crew should be for the completion of reaction task.

2.2主要内容Main contents

−船舶及船公司名称，船长署名及公布日期。

Vessel names and company names, master’s signature and date of announcement −紧急报警信号的应变种类及信号特征，信号发送方式和持续时间，解除信号的发送方式和持续时间。

Emergency alarm signals types and characteristics of signals, signal transmission

method and duration. Canceling signal method and duration.

−职务与编号、姓名、艇号、筏号的对照一览表。

Title and serial number, name, boat number, draft number and reference table −航行中驾驶台、机舱、电台固定人员及其任务。

Fix crew and their job for bridges, engine rooms and radios in navigation.

−消防应变、弃船求生、放救生艇筏的详细分工内容和执行人编号。

Fire fighting reaction, abandoning ship for life and dropping life rafts should be

detailed in task separation and operator numbers.

−每项应变具体指挥人的接替人。船长的接替人为大副。

The replacer of each reaction commander. The replacer of master is chief officer.

−有关救生、消防设备的位置。Location of lifesaving and firefighting equipments.

3应变任务卡Muster Card

三副应根据船长批准的应变部署表制作船员应变任务卡

Third officers should make crew muster card according to emergency muster list on the approval from master.

4张贴位置Posting Position

应变部署表应布置于驾驶台、机舱、餐厅、主要走廊和其他的人员集合场所；船员应变任务卡应置于船员床头位置。

Emergency muster list should be posted at bridges, engine room, dining rooms, main passages and other convening venues. Crew should out muster card around bed heads.
