福州英文介绍

福州是一座拥有2200多年历史的名城。唐开元十三年设福州都督府始称 福州。五代梁开平二年闽王王审知扩建城池，将风景秀丽的乌山、于山、 屏山圈入城内，从此福州成为“山在城中，城在山中”的独特城市。“三 山”成了福州的别名。北宋治平三年太守张伯玉，亲自在衙门前种植榕树 2棵，并号召百姓普遍种植后满城绿荫蔽日，暑不张盖，故又有榕城之美 称。

Three Lanes and Seven Alleys is a place propitious for giving birth to great men，where many famous politi cian, strategist, writers and poets came from. It is also the largest and most complete historic street in China which was located in the urban center. But three alleys and seven lanes need 120yuan’s tickets, for many people, it is a little expensive.三坊七巷作为中国十大历史文化名街之一,是福州最著名的景 点之一，至今还保留着相当一部分自唐宋以来形成的坊巷.三坊七巷人杰地灵， 出将入相的所在，历代众多著名的政治家、军事家、文学家、诗人从这里走 向辉煌。有的坊名、巷名就可以看出当年的风姿和荣耀。它也是目前在都市 中心保留的规模最大，最完整的明清古建筑街区。不过三坊七巷需要120的门 票，对于很多人来讲，有点贵。

What’s more, it is free. 福州国家森林公园拥有2500多种国内外珍贵树种，观赏竹140多 种，被誉为福州之肺，森林浴场，天然氧吧，其坐落城北，三 面环山，一面临水，免费开放，是一个闲暇时游玩的好地方， 在那里，你能划船，逗鸟，观赏等等。更好的是，你也能在那 里烧烤。这是一个可以吃的好，玩的好的好地方。
