初中英语作业分层设计研究初中英语作业分层设计研究一、课题的提出现实教学中，相当一部分教师要求学生在一定的时间内完成相同的作业，期望达到同一目标，忽视了学生的个性差异。
因而，在作业设计方面主要存在以下问题：1、习题形式单调，内容陈旧。
主要以单项选择和阅读理解为主，不能从多方面检查和训练学生对知识的理解和掌握，缺乏与实际或学科的联系。
习题基本上是纯粹的客观题，而所谓的语言运用也只不过是通过补全对话或翻译练习来达到语言运用的目的，没有在真正的语言环境下去英语。
学生得不到听说读写的全面训练，看不到英语学习的进步，这种作业练习方式对学习语言是极为不利的。
2、时间、要求一刀切。
大部分教师布置作业时，往往要求学生在一定的时间内完成同一的内容，期望达到同一的目标，忽视了学生的个性特点。
3、对优生来说，作业缺乏挑战性，对学困生来说作业出现太多的错误，让学生对练习产生厌倦情绪，从而降低了学生的学习兴趣。
基于以上的认识，我们认为，在英语教学中开展作业分层设计研究具有较强的针对性和必要性。
二、课题的界定英语作业分层设计：根据学生的英语认知水平和学生的个体差异及学生智能结构的独特性，教师在设计作业时，必须考虑作业的层次性，以适应学生不同层次的需要，使学生在不同层次的作业练习中，人人学到地道的英语，人人都能获得必需的英语交际技能，让不同层次的学生在英语学习上得到不同的发展。
具体地可以理解为：通过运用多种方法、方式、手段，充分合理地运用各种教育、教学资源，使各层次学生根据教学目标设计编写的练习进行分层次的训练，以达到各层次学生的素质分层发展的目的。
三、研究的设计（一）研究的目的（1）通过研究，使教师树立作业分层设计的意识，掌握作业分层设计的方法，提高因材施教的水平。
（2）通过研究，使每个学生在英语作业中都能练有适合的习题，练有所获，从而增强学习兴趣，提高学习效率。
（3）通过研究，能丰富作业的内容层次，丰富作业的呈现形式，发展学生的多元智能。
