产品适用于额定电压为110kV的电力系统中,作为发电厂、变电站和电力线路的控制、保护、切换线路及测量之用。
产品的主要特点:1、模块化设计,可靠性高,扩建方便GIS由标准化的功能模块组成,所有模块连接法兰的尺寸相同,使得各种模块可以任意组合,满足各种变电站的设计和布置要求。
合理的模块设计,将相邻间隔之间的相互影响减小到最低程度,便于以后扩建和改建。
2、体积小、重量轻采用三相共箱结构,结构紧凑、体积小,外壳采用铝合金材料,重量轻、耐腐蚀,整体采用标准化功能模块,布置灵活、维修简便、运行成本低。
3、开断能力强断路器采用第三代先进灭弧原理,具有很高的短路电流开断和关合能力,开合线路充电电流无重燃和重击穿现象,满容量电寿命达20次以上;间隔开关满足切合母线转移电流和充电电流的要求;接地开关满足关合短路电流和切合感应电流的要求。
4、绝缘水平高产品绝缘结构设计合理,整理耐受电压水平均达到或超过相应国家标准和IEC标准的要求,绝缘水平稳定可靠。

隔离开关分类详细介绍隔离开关主要用来隔离电路。
在分段状态下有明显可见的断口,在关合状态下,导电系统中可以通过正常的工作电流和故障下的短路电流。
隔离开关没有灭弧装置,除了能开断很小的电流外,不能用来开断负荷电流,更不能开断短路电流,但隔离开关必须具备一定的动、热稳定性。
隔离开关的主要作用如下:(1) 在设备检修时,用隔离开关来隔离有电和无电部分,造成明显的断开点,检修的设备与电力系统隔离,以保证工作人员和设备的安全。
(2)隔离开关和断路器相配合,进行倒闸操作,以改变运行方式。
(3)用来开断小电流电路和旁(环)路电流。
(4)用隔离开关进行 500KV小电流电路合旁 (环)路电流的操作。
但须经计算符合隔离开关技术条件和有关调度规程后方可进行。
1.1 结构形式1.1.1 隔离开关的分类M0级隔离开关:具有1000次操作循环的机械寿命,适合输、配电系统中使用且满足一般要求的隔离开关。
M1级隔离开关:具有3000-5000次操作循环的延长机械寿命的隔离开关,主要用于隔离开关和同等级的断路器关联操作的场合。
M2级隔离开关:具有10000次操作循环的机械寿命,主要用于隔离开关和同等级的断路器关联操作的场合。
隔离开关分类见表 1.1表1.1 隔离开关分类户内隔离开关:通常是 35kV 及以下的电压等级,三相一体装,采用上下(垂直)回转,以GN系列为主要代表。

分类
1)按安装地点的不同,可分为户内式和户外式两种。
2)按支柱绝缘子的数目,可分为单柱式、双柱式和三柱式。 3)按隔离开关的运动方式,可分为水平旋转式、垂直旋转式、摆动式和
插入式四种。
4)按有无接地装置及装设接地开关数量的不同,可分为不接地(无接地 刀)、单接地(有一个接地刀)和双接地(有两个接地刀)三类。
七、相关例题分析
高压隔离开关的检修项目与技术要求 l. 清扫检查绝缘子时,绝缘子表面应清洁无污垢,无裂 纹、破损等痕迹。瓷铁粘合应牢固。
2. 触头检修时,隔离开关的动静触头或触指与触刀接触应 良好,线接触面应无烧伤痕迹。触头压力弹簧应无过热 变色、变形或断裂现象,在触头的接触处用 0.05 mm厚 的塞尺应塞不进去,接触面还应做防腐蚀处理。用调整 压力弹簧来调整接触压力时,调整结束一定要将调整螺 帽备紧,防止运行中松动而使压力减小。如果发现触头 有烧伤痕迹,可用细锉修整。

隔离开关试验作业指导书2018 年09 月1、目的为了保证隔离开关抽检试验过程受控,实现检验结果的有效性和正确性,特制定本次抽检试验方案。
2、适用范围适用于公司系统招标采购的10(6)kV~20kV隔离开关的抽检工作。
3、规范性引用文件GB 11022-2011高压开关和控制设备共用技术要求GB 1985-2014高压交流隔离开关和接地开关GB 1984-2014 交流高压断路器4、试验项目、试验环境及所依据标准隔离开关成品试验抽检项目、抽检内容、要求及判据依据见表1。
表1隔离开关试验项目及所依据标准5、试验方法及结果判定5.1结构与外观检查1测量仪器水平尺、卡尺、直尺等。
2一般要求不带电条件下开展。
3测量参数记录环境温度;测量每极端子间电压降或电阻值。
4试验方法4.1检查开关托架状态:用水平尺检查托架横、纵向是否水平。
将水平尺放在托架(1a)上观察,开关托架不水平时,同时调整斜撑角钢与水平角钢连接处的位置,直至托架水平,然后将螺栓紧固。
4.2检查绝缘子表面状态:检查绝缘子表面是否脏污、有无裂纹;检查绝缘子表面有无放电痕迹、有无绝缘老化现象;4.3检查操作机构状态:操作机构是否转动灵活;分合标识是否正确;传动杆连接是否牢固。
4.4检查开关开合情况:检查开关打开时分闸时刀闸角度、止钉间隙;检查开关合闸时,刀闸是否呈水平状态,两刀闸中心线是否相吻合。
4.5检查接地刀闸开合状态:接地刀闸开合是否到位;刀闸接触是否密贴。
4.6检查刀闸触头状态:检查刀闸触头表面有无锈蚀;检查弹簧片压力;4.7检查开关引线状态:检查引线驰度是否过大或过小;用水平尺和钢卷尺检查引线与钢轨相交处与接触线的高度差300mm;用钢卷尺测量引线与接地体之间的最小绝缘距离是否小于350mm;引线与承力索和接触线连接处电联结线夹的状态。
4.8检查接地线的状态:检查接地线与各部螺栓连接是否紧密;检查接地线表面是否锈蚀;地线并沟线夹内是否有放电痕迹。

HGL, HGLi Series DisconnectorUser Manual Standard: GB/T 14048.3□Please carefully read this User Manual before installing and operating the product, and keep this manual properly for future referenceHGL, HGLi Series DisconnectorHGL and HGLi series disconnectors (hereinafter referred to as disconnectors) is used in the AC 50Hz power distribution equipment with rated operating voltage up to 690V and with conventional thermal current up to 3150A in the industrial enterprises for infrequent connection and disconnection of circuit and for electrical isolation.The disconnector features with artistic appearance, novel and simple shape, simple structure, convenient operation and complies with the GB/T 14048.3 standard, and it is the best choice for similar products!2.1 Ambient air temperature: The upper limit value does not exceed +40°C, the lower limit value is not less than -5°C, and the mean value does not exceed +35°C within 24 h;2.2 The altitude at the installation site does not exceed 2000 m;2.3 Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity of the atmosphere air does not exceed 50% at the ambient air temperature ±40°C, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature; for example, the relevant humidity is 90% at 20°C. It is considered to take measures to eliminate the condensations occurred on the surface of the product due to temperature changes;2.4 Pollution degree: Level 3;2.5 Installation category: Class III, Class IV;2.6 Installation conditions: Installed vertically in a place where there is no severe shaking, shock vibration, and rain and snow attack; the installation site should be free from explosive hazard medium, and there should be no gas or dust in the medium that is sufficient to cause corrosion to the metal and damage to the insulation.3.1 The disconnector adopts the accelerated opening and closing mechanism that can release instantaneously with energy storage via spring and the contact structure with double breakpoints connected in parallel that can be connected and disconnected simultaneously. If the interlock is not required, please flatly grind the cylindrical pin on the extended shaft or the extruded rib of the Al connecting sleeve.8.5 Rotate the operating handle clockwise to turn on the disconnector, and rotate the operating handle counter clockwise to turn off the disconnector. Before each operation, please check the indication status of the disconnector: when the disconnector is in the OFF position "O", please turn it clockwise to turn on it only; when the disconnector is in the ON position "I", please turn it counter clockwise to turn off it only.8.6 In order to prevent mis-operation by irrelevant personnel, the disconnector shall be locked with a padlock no matter what position it is in, so that the handle cannot no longer be turned.8.7 The contact of the disconnector should be checked frequently, and the debris such as dust and oil dirt shall be removed timely; the friction parts of the operating mechanism shall be filled with oil regularly to flexible operation and prolong the service life.The free repair or replacement will be provided by the company for damage or abnormal operation of the product produced by our company due to poor manufacturing quality under the user's compliance with the conditions of storage and operation within 24 months from the date of the production (refers to the date marked on the product certificate or product) or within 12 months from the date of purchase (refers to the date indicated on the invoice). 隔离开关安装作业指导书一、编制依据1、《电气装置安装工程高压电器安装及验收规范》GB147-90。
2、施工图纸设计变更和图纸会审纪要3、施工组织设计。
4、《电力建设安全健康与环境管理工作规定》国电电源[2002]49号5、《电力建设安全工作规程》(变电所部分)DL5009.3-97。
二、施工方案及技术要求1、安装前的准备工作1.1施工器具准备1.2对基础部分的检查a.隔离开关基础柱的标高,根开尺寸及平面位置与是否符合设计。
b.设备柱机构予留钢板方向是否与实际安装方向一致。
c. 检验隔离开关静触头的高差尺寸和中心偏差尺寸,设备柱封顶板至母线中心是否符合图纸要求。
d.校验相间距离误差是否满足要求,110kV及以下不应大于10mm,110kV以上不应大于20mm。
1.3设备的接受与保管a.隔离开关运到现场后,置于平整、无积水的场地,宜运到实际安装位置附近便于安装。
b.设备及瓷件安置稳妥,并有防止损坏瓷件的措施,操作机构的金属传动部分应有防锈措施。
2、检查2.1对施工人员进行技术交底,做到交懂、交会。
2.2设备开箱时,监理、乙方技术负责人应共同开箱检验。
2.3本体和操动机构铭牌是否与设计相符,其辅助接点是否正确。
各部紧固螺栓不应有锈蚀现象,底架安装孔距与基础柱实际予留孔是否符合。
2.4瓷件外观无破损、裂缝,零件的表面漆层无脱落,绝缘件无霉变或变形。
2.5附件备品备件的数量应齐全,出厂文件(产品说明书、合格证、装箱清单)齐全,并认真填写设备开箱记录,有损坏件时,及时填写顾客提供产品损坏、丢失、缺件不适用情况报告单。
3、本体的安装与调整3.1地面组装调整a.组装前检查基座转动部分的灵活情况,各机械转动部分加适量润滑脂,用手拨动应有灵活感。
b.隔离开关触头检查、清洗。
在清除铜触头表面氧化物时,要使用细纱纸打磨以免破坏涂层,触头表面镀层不允许有脱落现象。
载流部分可绕导电带连接牢固不得折损,接触良好并涂以电力复合脂。
