中国史上最强的蒙迪欧-致胜，出现了!这次测试绝非寻常!因为之前国内还从未有厂家，允许媒体在公开试驾前对新车型进行专业测试。

所以这次《汽车与运动》测试蒙迪欧－致胜GTDi 200，实现了三个中国“第一”：蒙迪欧-致胜GTDi 200在中国第一次公开专业测试；我们杂志成为中国第一家测试该车的专业汽车媒体；长安福特与《汽车与运动》杂志，携手完成了中国第一次新车试驾前的媒体专业测试!国内首测那么长安福特为何会“破格”提供车辆，给尚处保密期的新车进行测试呢？这件事还要从今年年初说起。

2010年1月刊的《汽车与运动》，就对长安福特即将引入中国的Ecoboost技术给予了高度关注，在大型专题文章《决战2010：涡轮增压年》中对其进行了详细的报道。

之后，编辑部就与厂方积极联系，希望能在第一时间测试使用该技术的蒙迪欧-致胜。

对此建议，长安福特欣然采纳并大力支持，不但极力促成了这次意义非凡的测试，还为新车报名参加了杂志社主办的2010年度“中国心”年度十佳发动机评选。

他们希望能通过《汽车与运动》这个汽车专业媒体的公开测试，将新车的不俗实力第一时间展现在中国消费者面前。

9月11日，杂志社的测试小组特邀清华大学汽车系汽车实验室的专家，对这款中国车市下半年的重量级新车一蒙迪欧-致胜GTDi 200，进行了性能及油耗的专业测试，完成了国内第一份专业权威的车型测试报告。

王牌动力系统细心的读者可能已经留意到，我们在上期杂志《完美动力经济学》一文中已经对这款新车进行了一些介绍。

当时，根据福特在北京车展发布的信息和欧洲福特发布的改款蒙迪欧的信息，文章对搭载2．0L EcoBoostGTDI发动机和Powershift双离合6速变速器的蒙迪欧-致胜进行了大胆预测。

福特Ecoboost发动机解析

眼下已近2009年年末，关心福特的车友相信都记得福特汽车（中国）有限公司董事长兼首席执行官葛致诺对国内消费者的承诺，那就是将于2010年福特将会引进ECOBOOST系列发动机及POWERSHIFT双离合变速箱等先进技术。

其中，ECOBOOST系列发动机是能够在性能与技术上与大众TSI发动机抗衡的发动机系列。

那么，在ECOBOOST到来之前，让我们来为大家介绍一下这一系列的发动机。

先驱：取代V8的3.5 V6 EcoboostEcoboost这一理念最早在2008年4月前后推出，主要技术核心是涡轮增压、缸内直喷和可变气门正时技术，以提升发动机动力表现和燃油经济性为主要目标，简单的说就是“用更少的燃油消耗实现更高的动力输出”。

Ecoboost家族的第一位成员是一台排量为3.5L 的V6发动机，搭载双涡轮增压器，最大功率261千瓦，最大扭矩474牛米，动力输出已经超越了传统的4.6L V8自然吸气发动机，目前已经确定将在2010款福特FLEX以及2010款林肯MKS车型上搭载该发动机。

3.5L V6 Ecoboost发动机主攻欧亚市场：四缸ECOBOOST发动机替代大排量的3.5L V6发动机更多的是针对北美地区消费者的用车习惯，对于欧洲和亚洲地区来说，中小排量的ECOBOOST显然更具实际意义。

在2009年9月的法兰克福车展上，福特带来了ECOBOOST系列发动机的四缸型号：2.0L ecoboost和1.6L ecoboost。

其中，2.0L发动机的最大功率在200马力（147KW）以上，1.6L发动机则根据调校的差异可以提供从150马力（110千瓦）到180马力（132千瓦）的动力输出。

未来，福特还将推出功率在130马力（96千瓦）以下的小排量Ecoboost发动机。

福特在国内市场的现有产品阵营中，主要是中小排量车型，所以四缸的2.0L 和1.6L Ecoboost发动机有可能最先被引入。

而在动力输出方面，福特的这两款发动机与国内市场上同级别涡轮增压发动机相当：其中新君威1.6T上使用的1.6L 涡轮增压发动机（无直喷技术）的最大功率为132千瓦，迈腾2.0TSI的最大功率为147千瓦，与之相比，福特的这两款新引擎能够有效帮助其挽回在动力技术方面的弱势，从而与通用和大众两家大厂平起平坐。

EcoBoost GTDi 燃油高压直喷技术
内燃机主要分汽油发动机和柴油发动机两种，由于汽油和柴油的不同特性，汽油机往往采用点燃方式，柴油机则采用压燃方式。传统的汽油发动机是将燃油喷入进气歧管混合后进入汽缸，由火花塞点火燃烧；而柴油机则是将燃油直接喷入汽缸（即燃油直喷技术）与空气进行混合然后压缩使其自燃。

另外由于混合气在缸外形成，所以混合气进入燃烧室只能通过气门的开闭来控制，这种被动控制的方式不能完全适应发动机不同工况的需求。使得汽油机的经济性与动力性大打折扣。
如下图是直喷发动机喷油嘴的位置示意图，很明显，由于采用了缸内直喷技术，混合气形成的区域就在燃烧室内。通过高压喷嘴直接将燃油喷在气缸里面，利用活塞顶部那如同月球表面的形状的设计，使混合气能在燃烧室内不由自主的产生一种奔放的涡流，从而得到充分的混合，这意味着燃烧就会更加充分，能量转换效率更高。福特对包含直喷技术的 EcoBoost GTDi的测试数据显示其油耗能有20%的降幅，同时能减少15%左右的二氧化碳。

新能源汽车的boost功能实现主要依赖于液压气力助力装置（Hydraulic Turbo Assistance，HTA）。

三缸涡轮增压发动机优点： 1. 体积更小、重量更轻。对于小型车来说空间和车重都有一定优势。 2. 配备涡轮增压的三缸发动机动力并不输于四缸自然吸气发动机。 3. 更加节油，用车成本更低。这也是近年小排量发动机回暖的最主要原因。三缸涡轮增压发动机缺点： 1.制造成本和维修成本并不低廉。由于需要增加涡轮增压系统和其他优化工艺，使得制造和维修保养成本略有提升。 2.工作状态不平衡，更容易造成震动。由于三气缸的形式造成在工作中总有两个同时工作，另一个单独工作，所以理论上发动机工作中会不可避免的出现抖动，就算是进行了大量的优化，发动机噪音与振动也将比一般四缸以上发动机略大。 3.进气量更小，起步、加速性能一般(仅针对一般民用三缸涡轮增压发动机 )。相比四缸发动机，少一个缸所带来的是更小的进气量，在涡轮增压器介入之前，发动机较小的扭矩输出也使起步阶段的加速性能受到一定的限制。
也使得它的体积更小、重量更轻。并且它还整合了Ti-VCT进排气可变气门正时技术、缸内

如果您对大众的TSI发动机技术有所了解的话一定知道，TSI就是大众涡轮增压直喷技术的代称而不是指某一款发动机。

自从大众首先在国内引进小排量涡轮增压直喷发动机(TSI)以后，这种新型的发动机技术就引起了人们的关注，如今福特也引进了自己的涡轮增压直喷引擎—EcoBoost GTDi，致胜的2.0T发动机具有那些先进技术呢？下面我们就以图文并茂的形式来了解下这款发动机。

EcoBoost GTDi与大众的TSI有些相似，它是福特在传统汽油发动机的基础上融合了涡轮增压+缸内直喷+进排气可变正时三种发动机技术的代称。

其优点显而易见：有效提升20%燃油经济性的同时降低二氧化碳排放15%；宽泛的扭矩高原；发动机体积更小、质量更轻。

EcoBoost GTDi燃油高压直喷技术：在了解燃油直喷技术之前，这里需要先给各位普及一个内燃机技术知识，大家知道内燃机主要分汽油发动机和柴油发动机两种，由于汽油和柴油的不同特性，汽油机往往采用点燃方式，柴油机则采用压燃方式。

传统的汽油发动机是将燃油喷入进气歧管混合后进入汽缸，由火花塞点火燃烧；而柴油机则是讲燃油直接喷入汽缸（即燃油直喷技术）与空气进行混合然后压缩使其自燃。

有一个不争的事实是汽油机的这种点燃方式的燃油效率不如柴油机的压燃效率高。

当然由于汽油的物理特性汽油机要实现压燃的可能性很小，但可以肯定的是汽油机技术越接近柴油机技术其燃油效率也将越高。

众所周知，汽油发动机实现高燃油效率的最佳空燃比（即空气和汽油的比例）为14.7:1。

如上图是传统电喷发动机喷油嘴工作位置图，大家可以看到，喷油嘴是将油喷到进气歧管里面，混合气在进气歧管里面形成。

虽然ECU通过控制喷油嘴的喷油脉宽可以实现一定的精确供油，但由于在歧管内形成混合气，容易受到气门开闭以及近期气流的影响，很难达到理想中的14.7：1的空燃比。

限压阀。高压油泵上集成有油压限压阀。限压阀为保护组件，确保高压系统的可靠运行。该阀限制油轨中的最大油压为 20MPa，如果超过最大允许值，该阀打开，过量的燃油流回低压侧。

1. 低压油路
TNBA发动机的低压燃油管路采用无回油系统，电子油泵在不同的工况下只是把所需的燃油输送给高压油泵，因此无回油。在油箱上安装了一个单独的油泵控制模块FPDM控制低压油路的压力。TNBA发动机的低压油路组成如图2所示。
低压油路的工作原理如下： P C M 根据的发动机不同工况，将目标油压的控制信息传递给 F P D M，这个信号是一个低频的PWM信号(大约 3 0 0 ~ 5 0 0 H z)，占空比在10％~ 8 5％之间。F PD M 在收到P C M发送过来的目标油压控制信息后，又以高频信号 ( 大约 1 0 K H z ) 驱动电动油泵，此时占空比在 0 ~10 0％之间。P W M 信号改变时，电动油泵的速度就会随之改变，从而改变低压油路的燃油压力。低压管路的燃油压力传感器把当前的低压管路油压值反馈给PCM，如此就实现了对低压燃油压力的闭环控制。由于PCM 对低压管路油压进行控制，所以输入到高压油泵上的油压只有0.38~0.62MPa。泄放阀。电子油泵在长时间高速运转时会产生很高的热量，当燃油通过油泵加热后会使燃油的温度升高，容易形成气泡，严重情况下可能产生“气阻”，会导致发动机停机或难以启动故障。使用泄放阀 (直径为0.55mm)可以除去油管中的燃油蒸汽，提高低压管的燃油流速，从而在任何工况下避免产生气阻的可能性。
2. 高压油路
TNBA发动机的高压油路如图3所示。
(1)高压油泵 T N B A 发动机采用了B o s c h 公司的 H D P 5 型高压油泵。该高压油泵的安装位置如图4所示，其结构如图5所示。由图4、图5可以看出，HDP5型高压泵是由三段式凸轮驱动的单缸泵，它安装在

(2)喷油器 T N B A 发动机采用了B o s c h 公司的 HDEV5.1型喷油器，带有7个喷孔，喷油器喷嘴上的喷孔采用偏心设置(图8)。燃油以一个精确的喷射角度喷射到燃烧室。喷油器安装在汽缸盖上，其上端接油轨，下端伸到燃烧室，因此不需要额外的高压油管。在每个喷油器和各自在油轨上的固定座，都有一个专用的固定夹具，可保证了喷油嘴和缸盖上的燃烧室开口的精确配合。喷油器结构如图9所示。当PCM控制喷油器线圈通电时产生磁场，使带衔铁的针阀克服弹簧的弹力从阀座中抬起，因而燃油喷孔打开。由于油轨里的压力和燃烧室之间存在压力差，燃油就被喷射到燃烧室中。断电时，阀针在弹簧力的作用下压回到阀座，燃油喷射因此结束。喷油器电磁阀高频动作，保证了喷射孔的开启横截面在打开的时间内保持一直不变。燃油的喷射量取决于油轨的压力和喷油器的开启时间。 PCM通过占空比信号控制喷油器： PCM先发出数字控制信号；数字控制信号经过放大器电路转换成模拟控制电压信号传递给喷油器，直流 D C 转换器将控制信号的初始电压转化成 6 5 V 左右，通过采用 6 5 V 的高电压，可以提高喷油器的开启速度；当喷油器针阀完全开启后，只需要比较低的12V系统电压就可以保持针阀的开启。即开启时采用65V高电压，而维持时采用12V的常规电压。

一、TNBA发动机简介
T N B A 发动机的主要技术参数如表1 所示。
T N B A 发动机采用了B o s c h 公司的 P C M - M E D17. 0 管理系统，达到欧 V 排放标准，喷油器的最大喷油压力为15MPa。采用了壁面引导燃烧过程，喷油器位于两个进气门之间的边上，混合汽通过活塞上的凹坑形成，采用了均质模式和催化器加热两种混合汽形成模式(未采用分层燃烧的稀混合汽燃烧技术)。

和增加燃油与空气的混合时间，缸内直喷的发动机要求燃油有非常高的燃油压力，该发动机的最大燃油压力可达15M Pa，燃油系统组成示意图如图1所示。燃油系统分为低压油路和高压油路两个部分。
凸轮轴上的三段式凸轮的旋转运动驱动油泵柱塞的上下运动。当燃油计量阀关闭时，柱塞的向上运动使高压腔里的燃油增压。
压力缓冲器。压力缓冲器衰减低压管路中由高压油泵产生的脉冲振动，这样保证了高压腔在发动机转速较高情况下仍然有着良好的的充油效果。压力缓冲器由两

逐渐降低，大约30min后，油压会稳定在至少0.21MPa。
维修燃油系统时，必须先泄压，并且严格按照维修手册上的操作程序进行。具体泄压方法如下：① 在怠速运转时，将燃油计量阀I M V的连接插头拔掉；② 拔掉 FPDM上的油泵保险F13。
有利于形成均匀的混合汽。催化器加热工作模式。当发动机温度
低时，催化器加热工作模式采用2次喷射，为三元催化转化器提供快速的加热。第一次喷射，同均质工作模式一样在进气行程喷油；第二次在压缩行程喷油，如此形成一个浓的油核围绕在火花塞周围，同时，点火时刻被适当推迟，使较多的燃烧余热进入排气管，从而快速加热三元催化器。
三、进气增压技术
TNBA发动机的进气系统，采用了废气涡轮增压装置(未采用机械增压)，废气涡轮增压器能够提高发动机的充气效率，大幅度提升发动机的最大功率和扭矩，还能够提高发动机的燃油经济性和降低尾气排放。
该发动机正常温度时采用均质混合汽燃烧方式，发动机的扭矩是通过电子节气门控制进入的空气量来控制的。通过增压器产生的增压气体经过中冷器冷却后进入进气系统中，电子节气门在增压系统和进气系统之间形成了一个分界，节气门的开度最终决定了实际进气量。

低压燃油压力传感器。该传感器 (大众1.4TSI未采用该传感器)从油泵控制模块 F P D M 接收电源和搭铁，向 F P D M 发送燃油压力信号，以便对低压燃油压力进行闭环控制。低压油路燃油压力传感器输出的信号电压随着油压的上升而上升。

T N B A 发动机为实现低速大扭矩，解决涡轮“迟滞 ”效应，精心甄选一个小型低惯量转子，使得涡轮叶片更容易被废气驱动，实现了发动机在1500r/min时就能够获得最大扭矩，发动机峰值扭矩的提前实现使得涡轮“迟滞”被控制在最低限度。另外涡轮经过精心匹配，该发动机在转速高达5 0 0 0 r/ min时仍保持强劲动力和灵敏响应，因此其峰值动力输出范围更宽。该增压器的最高转速可达 2 0 0 0 0 0 r/ min，允许最大的增压压力是0.12MPa。
供油油路中，燃油计量阀、高压限压阀、低压侧压力缓冲器集成在高压油泵上。
