所以这次《汽车与运动》测试蒙迪欧-致胜GTDi 200,实现了三个中国“第一”:蒙迪欧-致胜GTDi 200在中国第一次公开专业测试;我们杂志成为中国第一家测试该车的专业汽车媒体;长安福特与《汽车与运动》杂志,携手完成了中国第一次新车试驾前的媒体专业测试!国内首测那么长安福特为何会“破格”提供车辆,给尚处保密期的新车进行测试呢?这件事还要从今年年初说起。
2010年1月刊的《汽车与运动》,就对长安福特即将引入中国的Ecoboost技术给予了高度关注,在大型专题文章《决战2010:涡轮增压年》中对其进行了详细的报道。
之后,编辑部就与厂方积极联系,希望能在第一时间测试使用该技术的蒙迪欧-致胜。
对此建议,长安福特欣然采纳并大力支持,不但极力促成了这次意义非凡的测试,还为新车报名参加了杂志社主办的2010年度“中国心”年度十佳发动机评选。
他们希望能通过《汽车与运动》这个汽车专业媒体的公开测试,将新车的不俗实力第一时间展现在中国消费者面前。
9月11日,杂志社的测试小组特邀清华大学汽车系汽车实验室的专家,对这款中国车市下半年的重量级新车一蒙迪欧-致胜GTDi 200,进行了性能及油耗的专业测试,完成了国内第一份专业权威的车型测试报告。
王牌动力系统细心的读者可能已经留意到,我们在上期杂志《完美动力经济学》一文中已经对这款新车进行了一些介绍。
当时,根据福特在北京车展发布的信息和欧洲福特发布的改款蒙迪欧的信息,文章对搭载2.0L EcoBoostGTDI发动机和Powershift双离合6速变速器的蒙迪欧-致胜进行了大胆预测。
福特Ecoboost发动机解析
眼下已近2009年年末,关心福特的车友相信都记得福特汽车(中国)有限公司董事长兼首席执行官葛致诺对国内消费者的承诺,那就是将于2010年福特将会引进ECOBOOST系列发动机及POWERSHIFT双离合变速箱等先进技术。
其中,ECOBOOST系列发动机是能够在性能与技术上与大众TSI发动机抗衡的发动机系列。
那么,在ECOBOOST到来之前,让我们来为大家介绍一下这一系列的发动机。
先驱:取代V8的3.5 V6 EcoboostEcoboost这一理念最早在2008年4月前后推出,主要技术核心是涡轮增压、缸内直喷和可变气门正时技术,以提升发动机动力表现和燃油经济性为主要目标,简单的说就是“用更少的燃油消耗实现更高的动力输出”。
Ecoboost家族的第一位成员是一台排量为3.5L 的V6发动机,搭载双涡轮增压器,最大功率261千瓦,最大扭矩474牛米,动力输出已经超越了传统的4.6L V8自然吸气发动机,目前已经确定将在2010款福特FLEX以及2010款林肯MKS车型上搭载该发动机。
3.5L V6 Ecoboost发动机主攻欧亚市场:四缸ECOBOOST发动机替代大排量的3.5L V6发动机更多的是针对北美地区消费者的用车习惯,对于欧洲和亚洲地区来说,中小排量的ECOBOOST显然更具实际意义。
在2009年9月的法兰克福车展上,福特带来了ECOBOOST系列发动机的四缸型号:2.0L ecoboost和1.6L ecoboost。
其中,2.0L发动机的最大功率在200马力(147KW)以上,1.6L发动机则根据调校的差异可以提供从150马力(110千瓦)到180马力(132千瓦)的动力输出。
未来,福特还将推出功率在130马力(96千瓦)以下的小排量Ecoboost发动机。
福特在国内市场的现有产品阵营中,主要是中小排量车型,所以四缸的2.0L 和1.6L Ecoboost发动机有可能最先被引入。
而在动力输出方面,福特的这两款发动机与国内市场上同级别涡轮增压发动机相当:其中新君威1.6T上使用的1.6L 涡轮增压发动机(无直喷技术)的最大功率为132千瓦,迈腾2.0TSI的最大功率为147千瓦,与之相比,福特的这两款新引擎能够有效帮助其挽回在动力技术方面的弱势,从而与通用和大众两家大厂平起平坐。

EcoBoost GTDi 燃油高压直喷技术
内燃机主要分汽油发动机和柴油发动机两种,由于汽油和柴 油的不同特性,汽油机往往采用点燃方式,柴油机则采用压 燃方式。传统的汽油发动机是将燃油喷入进气歧管混合后进 入汽缸,由火花塞点火燃烧;而柴油机则是将燃油直接喷入 汽缸(即燃油直喷技术)与空气进行混合然后压缩使其自燃。

另外由于混合气在缸外形成,所以混合气进入燃烧室只能通过气门的开 闭来控制,这种被动控制的方式不能完全适应发动机不同工况的需求。 使得汽油机的经济性与动力性大打折扣。

自从大众首先在国内引进小排量涡轮增压直喷发动机(TSI)以后,这种新型的发动机技术就引起了人们的关注,如今福特也引进了自己的涡轮增压直喷引擎—EcoBoost GTDi,致胜的2.0T发动机具有那些先进技术呢?下面我们就以图文并茂的形式来了解下这款发动机。

EcoBoost GTDi与大众的TSI有些相似,它是福特在传统汽油发动机的基础上融合了涡轮增压+缸内直喷+进排气可变正时三种发动机技术的代称。
其优点显而易见:有效提升20%燃油经济性的同时降低二氧化碳排放15%;宽泛的扭矩高原;发动机体积更小、质量更轻。
EcoBoost GTDi燃油高压直喷技术:在了解燃油直喷技术之前,这里需要先给各位普及一个内燃机技术知识,大家知道内燃机主要分汽油发动机和柴油发动机两种,由于汽油和柴油的不同特性,汽油机往往采用点燃方式,柴油机则采用压燃方式。
传统的汽油发动机是将燃油喷入进气歧管混合后进入汽缸,由火花塞点火燃烧;而柴油机则是讲燃油直接喷入汽缸(即燃油直喷技术)与空气进行混合然后压缩使其自燃。
有一个不争的事实是汽油机的这种点燃方式的燃油效率不如柴油机的压燃效率高。
当然由于汽油的物理特性汽油机要实现压燃的可能性很小,但可以肯定的是汽油机技术越接近柴油机技术其燃油效率也将越高。
众所周知,汽油发动机实现高燃油效率的最佳空燃比(即空气和汽油的比例)为14.7:1。
如上图是传统电喷发动机喷油嘴工作位置图,大家可以看到,喷油嘴是将油喷到进气歧管里面,混合气在进气歧管里面形成。
虽然ECU通过控制喷油嘴的喷油脉宽可以实现一定的精确供油,但由于在歧管内形成混合气,容易受到气门开闭以及近期气流的影响,很难达到理想中的14.7:1的空燃比。

Incorporated into the transmission, the system uses hydraulically activated clutches to limit the engine torque delivered to a wheel that has reduced traction on the road surface, and redistributes up to 100 per cent of available torque to the wheel with more traction to counteract wheelspin that can hamper acceleration through, and out of, corners.The Borg Warner-developed technology is faster to deploy and offers greater precision than a traditional mechanical LSD. The system can pre-emptively adjust torque distribution using inputs from powertrain and vehicle dynamics sensors, rather than responding to wheelspin as it occurs, and can apply differential locking gradually for fine-tuning performance.Focus ST 2.0-litre EcoBlue models feature Torque Vectoring Control technology, which improves road holding and reduces understeer by applying brake force to the inside front wheel when cornering.The all-new Focus ST steals Ford’s fastest-steering-response crown from the acclaimed Fiesta ST. 1. 低压油路
TNBA发动机的低压燃油管路采用无 回油系统,电子油泵在不同的工况下只是 把所需的燃油输送给高压油泵,因此无回 油。在油 箱上 安 装了一 个单 独 的 油 泵 控 制 模块FPDM控制低压油路的压力。TNBA发 动机的低压油路组成如图2所示。
低压油路的工作原理如下: P C M 根 据 的 发 动 机 不 同 工 况 ,将 目标 油 压 的控 制 信息传 递 给 F P D M,这 个信号是一个低频的PWM信号(大约 3 0 0 ~ 5 0 0 H z),占空比在10%~ 8 5%之 间。F PD M 在收到P C M发 送 过 来的目标 油 压 控 制 信 息 后,又 以 高 频 信 号 ( 大 约 1 0 K H z ) 驱 动 电 动 油 泵 ,此 时占 空 比 在 0 ~10 0%之间。P W M 信号改变时,电 动油 泵的速 度 就 会 随 之 改变,从而改变 低 压 油路的燃油压力。 低压管路的燃油压力传感器把当前的 低压管路油压值反馈给PCM,如此就实现 了对低压燃油压力的闭环控制。由于PCM 对低压管路油压进行控制,所以输入到高 压油泵上的油压只有0.38~0.62MPa。 泄放阀。电子油泵在长时间高速运转 时会产生很高的热量,当燃油通过油泵加 热 后 会 使 燃 油的温 度 升高,容 易形成气 泡,严重情况下可能产生“气阻”,会导致 发动机停 机 或 难以启动故 障。使 用泄 放阀 (直径为0.55mm)可以除去油管中的燃油蒸 汽,提高低 压管的燃 油 流 速,从而在任 何 工况下避免产生气阻的可能性。
2. 高压油路
TNBA发动机的高压油路如图3所 示。
(1)高压油泵 T N B A 发动 机 采用了B o s c h 公司的 H D P 5 型 高 压 油 泵 。该 高 压 油 泵 的安 装位 置如图4所示,其结构如图5所示。 由图4、图5可以看出,HDP5型高压泵 是由三段式凸轮驱动的单缸泵,它安装在

(2)喷油器 T N B A 发动 机 采用了B o s c h 公司的 HDEV5.1型喷油器,带有7个喷孔,喷油器 喷嘴上的喷孔采用偏心设置(图8)。燃油以 一个精确的喷射角度喷射到燃烧室。 喷油器安装在汽缸盖上,其上端接油 轨,下端伸到燃烧室,因此不需要额外的高 压油管。在每个喷油器和各自在油轨上的固 定座,都有一个专用的固定夹具,可保证了 喷油嘴和缸盖上的燃烧室开口的精确配合。 喷油器结构如图9所示。 当PCM控制喷油器线圈通电时产生磁 场,使 带 衔 铁 的 针阀克 服 弹簧的弹力从阀 座中抬起,因而燃油喷孔打开。由于油轨里 的压力和燃烧室之间存在压力差,燃油就 被 喷 射 到 燃 烧 室中。断 电 时,阀 针在 弹 簧 力的作用下压回到阀座,燃油喷射因此结 束 。喷 油 器 电磁 阀高 频 动 作,保 证了喷 射 孔的开启横截面在打开的时间内保持一直 不变。燃油的喷射量取决于油轨的压力和 喷油器的开启时间。 PCM通过占空比信号控制喷油器: PCM先发出数字控制信号;数字控制信号 经过放大器电路转换成模拟控制电压信号 传 递 给 喷 油 器,直 流 D C 转 换 器 将 控 制 信 号的 初 始电 压 转 化 成 6 5 V 左 右,通 过 采用 6 5 V 的高电 压,可以 提 高 喷 油 器 的开启 速 度;当喷 油 器 针 阀 完 全 开启 后,只需 要比 较低的12V系统电压就可以保持针阀的开 启。即开启时采用65V高电压,而维持时采 用12V的常规电压。

一、TNBA发动机简介
T N B A 发 动 机 的主 要 技 术 参 数 如 表1 所示。
T N B A 发动 机 采用了B o s c h 公司的 P C M - M E D17. 0 管 理 系 统,达 到 欧 V 排 放 标准,喷油器的最大喷油压力为15MPa。 采用了壁 面引导 燃 烧 过 程,喷 油 器 位于两 个进气门之间的边上,混合汽通过活塞上 的凹坑形成,采用了均质模式和催化器加 热两种混合汽形成模式(未采用分层燃烧 的稀混合汽燃烧技术)。

和增加燃油与空气的混合时间,缸内直喷 的发动机要求燃油有非常高的燃油压力, 该发动机的最大燃油压力可达15M Pa, 燃 油 系 统 组 成 示 意 图 如 图1所 示 。燃 油 系统分为低压油路和高压油路两个部分。
凸轮轴上的三段式凸轮的旋转运动驱 动 油 泵柱 塞 的上下运 动。当燃 油 计 量阀关 闭时,柱塞的向上运动使高压腔里的燃油 增压。

维 修 燃 油 系 统 时,必须 先 泄 压,并且 严 格 按 照 维 修 手 册上 的 操 作 程 序 进 行。 具体 泄 压 方法 如下:① 在 怠 速 运 转时,将 燃 油 计 量阀I M V的连接 插头 拔 掉;② 拔 掉 FPDM上的油泵保险F13。
有利于形成均匀的混合汽。 催化器加热工作模式。当发动机温度
低时,催化器加热工作模式采用2次喷射, 为三元催化转化器提供快速的加热。第一 次喷射,同均质工作模式一样在进气行程 喷 油;第二 次 在 压 缩 行 程 喷 油,如 此 形成 一个浓的油核围绕在火花塞周围,同时, 点火时刻被适当推迟,使较多的燃烧余热 进入排气管,从而快速加热三元催化器。
三、进气增压技术
TNBA发动机的进气系统,采用了废气 涡轮增压装置(未采用机械增压),废气涡轮 增压器能够提高发动机的充气效率,大幅度 提升发动机的最大功率和扭矩,还能够提高 发动机的燃油经济性和降低尾气排放。
该发动机正常温度时采用均质混合汽 燃烧方式,发动机的扭矩是通过电子节气 门控制进入的空气量来控制的。通过增压 器产生的增压气体经过中冷器冷却后进入 进气系统中,电子节气门在增压系统和进 气系统之间形成了一个分界,节气门的开度 最终决定了实际进气量。

低压燃油压力传感 器。该传感 器 (大 众1.4TSI未采用该传感器)从油泵控制模块 F P D M 接 收电 源 和 搭 铁,向 F P D M 发 送 燃 油 压 力信号,以便 对 低 压 燃 油 压 力进 行闭 环控制。低压油路燃油压力传感器输出的 信号电压随着油压的上升而上升。

供油油路中,燃油计量阀、高压限压阀、低 压侧压力缓冲器集成在高压油泵上。
