中文摘要

本设计内容6层学生公寓楼设包括建筑设计、结构设计。

本公寓高22m,总建筑面积5819㎡。建筑设计包括平面、立面及剖面设计。

结构设计包括框架设计,构件设计和基础设计。其中框架采用钢筋混凝土横向框架。基础采用钢筋混凝土柱下独立基础以及联合基础。本文着重对一榀横向框架进行了配筋设计。分类统计计算作用在框架梁框架柱上的各种恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载以及地震作用(底部剪力法)的大小。本文用迭代法计算框架在竖向荷载作用下的内力包括梁柱端弯矩剪力轴力及梁跨中弯矩,D值法计算框架梁柱在风荷载以及地震作用下的内力包括梁柱端弯矩剪力轴力。根据最不利又有可能的原则对框架进行内力组合包括永久荷载效应控制组合、可变荷载效应控制组合以及地震作用参与控制组合。根据内力组合结果,对梁柱进行截面配筋设计包括正截面抗弯计算、斜截面抗剪计算以及柱轴压比验算。根据框架柱内力结果,设计基础包括初定基础尺寸、基础抗冲切验算、基底应力验算、最后计算基础内力并配筋。本文用弹性理论计算双向板内力包括跨中弯矩以及支座弯矩并以此为依据对板进行配筋。

abstract

The design content of the 6 storey student apartment building, including architectural design, structural design.

This apartment is 22m high, the total construction area of 5819 square meters. Architectural design includes plane, elevation and section design.

The structure design includes frame design, component design and foundation design. The frame adopts reinforced concrete transverse frame. The foundation is made of reinforced concrete columns, independent foundations and combined foundations. In this paper, the reinforcement design of a transverse frame is emphasized. Classification statistics are used to calculate the magnitude of the constant load, live load, wind load and earthquake action (bottom shear method) acting on the frame beam column. In this paper, using iterative method to calculate the internal forces of the frame under vertical load including shear axial force and bending moment of beam to column end moment Liang Kuazhong, D value method to calculate the beam column under wind load and seismic forces under the action of axial force shear force bending moment of beam to column end including. According to the most unfavorable and possible principle, the internal forces of the frame are combined, including permanent load effect control combinations, variable load effect control combinations, and seismic action control combinations. According to the result of internal force combination, the section reinforcement design of beam column is carried out, including normal section bending calculation, oblique section shear resistance calculation and column axial compression ratio checking calculation. According to the frame column internal force results, including the initial size of foundation, foundation design basic punching checking, checking, finally calculate the substrate stress and internal force of foundation reinforcement. In this paper, the internal force of the two-way plate is calculated by the elastic theory, including the midspan moment and the support bending moment.
