东北财经大学外文期刊级别认定标准一、定级说明1．本认定标准所指外文期刊，是指在国（境）外出版发行的、有国际标准刊号（ISSN）的外文专业学术期刊。
2. 本认定标准主要依据的国际检索工具包括：科学引文索引（SCI、SCI-E）；社会科学引文索引（SSCI）；艺术与人文引文索引（A&HCI）；工程索引（EI）; 科技会议录索引（CPCI-S，原ISTP）；社会科学与人文会议录索引（CPCI-SSH，原ISSHP）。
本认定标准中的期刊影响因子为原美国情报研究所（简称ISI，现在为汤森路透集团）提供的期刊引用报告（Journal Citation Reports，JCR）中的最新的期刊影响因子；各学科的中值影响因子参照JCR学科划分（Category）来取值（具体解释请见附件）。
3．鉴于国际检索工具的刊源是动态的，且调整比较频繁，论文级别的认定，以该论文已经被上文所列出的国际检索工具收录为前提来相应确定。
4．所有论文均以有资质的认证机构出具的该论文被上文所列出的国际检索工具收录的检索证明为定级依据。
5．如某一刊物同时被两种或两种以上国际检索工具收录，则坚持“从高原则”确定刊物的级别。
二、刊物等级本次定级将外文期刊划分为特级、一级A、一级B、二级A、二级B和三级等6档。
（一）特级刊物1．影响因子高于或等于中值的科学引文索引（SCI、SCI-E）来源期刊2．影响因子高于或等于中值的社会科学引文索引（SSCI）来源期刊3．影响因子高于或等于中值的艺术与人文引文索引（A&HCI）来源期刊（二）一级A刊物1．影响因子低于中值的科学引文索引（SCI、SCI-E）来源期刊2．影响因子低于中值的社会科学引文索引（SSCI）来源期刊3．影响因子低于中值的艺术与人文引文索引（A&HCI）来源期刊4．工程索引（EI）来源期刊（核心数据，有主题词和分类号）（三）一级B刊物1．影响因子为零或无影响因子的科学引文索引（SCI、SCI-E）来源期刊2．影响因子为零或无影响因子的社会科学引文索引（SSCI）来源期刊3．影响因子为零或无影响因子的艺术与人文引文索引（A&HCI）来源期刊（四）二级B刊物1．工程索引（EI）全文收录的会议论文（核心数据，有主题词和分类号）2．科技会议录索引（CPCI-S，原ISTP），或社会科学与人文会议录索引（CPCI-SSH，原ISSHP）收录的会议论文（五）三级刊物在国外正式出版的论文集三、补充说明1．其他外文期刊级别由校学术委员会下设的外文期刊定级委员会例会认定，在一级A到三级之间确定具体级别。
