对人群疏散的研究,采用计算机模拟,是其最重要的研究手段。

疏散研究的主要内容,是人员能否在火灾达到危险状态之前全部疏散到安全区域。

本文以某大型超市为背景,应用FDS+Evac软件进行火灾条件下人员疏散的数值模拟,进行人员安全疏散的分析。

1 模型的建立1.1 超市概述选取南宁市某百货商场内的大型超市进行火灾条件下人员疏散数值模拟,该超市共两层,一层主要经营水果,蔬菜和食物;二层货物分为三类,二层建筑平面图,如图1,平面图右下部为衣物区(主要为棉质物品)、纸制品等;左上部为食品;其他部分为除衣物、食品外的生活用品。

二层设有2个出口,2个入口,4个紧急出口,紧急出口采用常闭式防火门,营业面积约为3 115m2,除去货物、自动扶梯和仓库的面积,该超市内可供人员疏散的面积约为1643m2。

主要模拟二层火灾情况下烟气温度、能见度情况,模拟人员的逃生情况,从而判断人员能否安全逃生。

但因为食堂是人流量极大的区域,发生火灾后动则上千人的大疏散,这样不仅严重影响了学校师生的生活秩序、造成了较大的经济损失,而且容易引起学生恐慌,万一处理不及时且人员疏散工作不到位,则易发生踩踏等事故,最终的损失不可估量。

基于此,笔者认为对学生食堂火灾及人员疏散进行研究是很有必要的。

目前,国内外用得较为广泛的火灾和人员逃生模拟软件是FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator )和Pathfinder,例如,徐艳秋等[1]利用FDS软件研究火场下的人员疏散模型,分析了不同的人员特点对疏散效率的影响。

乐增等[2]利用FDS与Pathfinder对学生宿舍火灾与人员疏散进行了数值模拟,分析了宿舍发生火灾时烟气运动、温度的分布和能见度的变化规律,对现场消防工作具有一定的指导作用。

根据笔者在知网上查询的文献显示,在学校火灾研究中,主要是针对学生宿舍,图书馆等区域的研究,而对学生食堂火灾的研究还鲜有文章提及。

所以,笔者在查阅相关标准与文献的基础上,结合火灾模拟软件FDS和人员逃生软件Pathfinder,建立学生食堂数值模拟模型,并对相关参数进行分析,以期为高校学生食堂的消防防火管理方案提供理论参考。

1FDS 与Pathfinder 简介FDS( Fire Dynamics Simulator )是由美国国家标准技术局开发的火灾动力学模拟工具,是计算流体力学的一种模型,模拟火的能量驱动流体流动。

该软件把设定空间分成多个小的三维矩形控制体或计算单元,计算每个单元内气体密度,速度,温度,压力和组分浓度用质量守恒、动量守恒和能量守恒的偏微分方程来近似有限差分,通过对同一网格使用有限体积技术来计算热辐射、流体流动中存在湍流现象,追踪预测火灾气体的产生和移动,并结合家具、墙壁、地板和顶棚的材料特性来计算火灾的增长和蔓延。

根据模拟试验所得结果和数据,分析学生食堂发生火灾时烟气运动、温度的分布和能见度的的变化规律以及人员疏散情况。

研究结果表明,该模型能够有效模拟分析学生食堂火灾情况;规范并完善食堂后勤管理和私人承包制度,合理设置报警及消防系统将能有效的预防食堂火灾的发生。

FDS + Evac , 包括温度 、烟气 、氧气等“切片”的设置 , FDS + Evac 静态的计算结果二维数据随时间变化的数据以 Office Excel 程序格式输出 ,可以提供定量的分析与研究 。
4. 3 FDS + Evac 的调试技巧
FDS + Evac 的报错能力很差 ,在调试时 ,建议用 DOS 界 面的命令方式来运行 。一旦程序中出现错误 ,DOS 界面马上 提醒用户错误的位置 ,这样可以极大地帮助用户检查和修改 错误 。另外 ,为便于检查错误 ,用户最好将火灾模拟部分和 人员疏散模拟部分命令分开写 ,并且最好在程序结尾符号 “/ ”后面分别作简短的说明 ,这样不仅对源程序没有影响 ,而 且对改错有很大帮助 ,大大节省了用户的调试时间 。

FDS + Evac 的建模与 FDS 的建模类似 ,都是通过记事本 格式的文本编写来完成 ,要求编程人员有非常好的耐性和极 高的空间想象力 ,而且工作量繁重 ,非常容易出错 。鉴于此 , 研究人员曾自编一套 VB 程序来辅助编程 ,但效果不是很理 想 ,故笔者借用了 FDS 的编程方法 ,采用 PyroSim 来辅助编 程 ,解决了编程建模的难题 。
值近似解 ,就好像在出口安装了一台虚拟的“抽风机”一样 , 吸引“人流”从建筑物内流出 。这种方式能够产生较好的人 员疏散流场 ,该流场指引人员选择疏散出口与路线 。疏散路 线不一定是最短的 ,通常也会是接近最短路线的 。以下是该 人员运动模型的 9 个核心方程 。

摘 要:通过 FDS+EVAC 软件模拟地铁列 车 在 区 间 隧 道 发生火灾的情况下,列车进站疏散和就 地 疏 散 两 种 方 式 的 疏 散 情况。模拟方案为列车前端的电气设 备 发 生 火 灾,火 源 功 率 为 7.5 MW,到达峰值时间为206s。通过对比相同时间 点 上 车 厢 内 CO、CO2 含量及温度的分布情况,分析两种疏散 方 式 在 特 定 情况下的疏散效果,明 确 影 响 疏 散 的 限 制 条 件。 地 铁 在 2 700 m 长的隧道中 发 生 火 灾 时,进 站 疏 散 的 方 式 所 需 的 总 时 间 更 短。随着隧道长度的变化,列车人员 疏 散 所 需 的 反 应 时 间 以 及 疏 散 动 作 时 间 会 不 断 变 化 ,应 根 据 具 体 情 况 确 定 疏 散 方 案 。
由温 度 切 片 可 知 ,此 时 CO2 体 积 分 数 超 过 3% 的 区 域平均空气 温 度 也 已 超 过 100 ℃。 由 于 疏 散 尚 需 20s, 即最后一个乘客离开车厢 要 在 140s时,并 且 120s之 前 车厢尾部的乘客已经处于高浓度 CO2 以及高温烟气的包 围之中,人员全部安全疏散的可能性大大降低 。 3.2 就 地 疏 散 的 模 拟
进站后的紧急制动距 离 200 m,视 为 匀 减 速 运 动,则 总行驶距离1 800 m,总 时 长 为 120s。 由 于 列 车 进 站 之 后,满载情况下进站疏散要0.61min,模拟人员 数 量 为 满 载的55%,所以 20s足 以 疏 散 完 毕 。 因 此,此 种 情 况 下 模 拟 时 长 为 140s。

0 引言
高校宿舍多属于人员密集场所,床被、蚊帐、书籍 等可燃物较多 [1],发生火灾因素复杂,是消防安全重点 管理单位。尤其是老旧院校宿舍,消防管理不健全,消 防设施老化,一旦发生火灾很难安全疏散 [2]。本文通过 FDS 建模和 Pathfinder 软件,对不同场景火灾下烟气扩 散和人员安全疏散的规律进行研究,为高校宿舍消防管 理提供参考依据。
人数减少至 6 人,所需安全疏散时间 Rset 大于危险来临时 间 Aset,人员在顶棚达到临界危险温度前能安全疏散。
4 结束语
本文通过 FDS 和 Pathfinder 软件分别模拟了某宿舍 楼火灾扩散和人员疏散过程,对比分析其模拟结果发现:

火灾模拟软件FDS中的火源设定摘要:FDS(Fire Dynanmics Simulator)是燃烧驱动流体流动的计算流体动力学模型(CFD)。

该软件采用数值方法求解受火灾动力驱动的低马赫数流动的N-S 方程,重点是计算火灾中的烟气和热传导过程。

到目前为止,这个模型大约有一半的应用是进行烟雾处理系统的设计和喷头/探测器的激活研究。

另外一半包含了住宅或工业火灾重建的研究。

而不管是研究火灾中的烟气流动、热传导过程、还是探测器的激活,都需要有一个合理设置的火源。

只有火源设置的合理,才能真正模拟、重现火灾。

若火源的设置出现问题,那么后续的模拟研究都不会准确。

关键字:FDS 火源1 FDS中燃烧和热辐射模型的简介FDS中容易混淆的地方是气相燃烧和固相分解之间的区别。

气相燃烧是指燃料蒸气和氧气的反应;固相分解是指固体或液体表面燃料蒸气的产生。

尽管FDS 火灾模拟中存在多种类型的燃烧物,在模拟中只能有一个气态的燃料。

实际上,只是指定了一个单气相反应,代替了所有潜在的燃料来源。

描述气相反应有两个途径。

默认情况下,是利用混合分数模型来说明整个燃烧过程中的从起始表面产生燃料气体的演化。

另一个是采用有限率方法,在这种情况下,燃烧过程中每个类别的气体都分别被单独的定义和追踪。

这种方法比混合分数模型要复杂。

常用的就是混合分数模型,本文只对它着重介绍。

2 混合分数模型下FDS中设定火源的方法FDS中有两个途径指定一个火源。

一种是在SURF行上指定一个Heat Release Rate Per Unit Area HRRPUA。

另一种是指定一个HEAT_OF_REACTION,连同还要指定MATL行上的其它参数。

这两种方法中,参数的设置会自动调用混合分数模型。

混合分数模型中使用一个单独的REAC行。

如果输入文件中没有REAC行,会使用丙烷作为替代燃料,并且所有的燃烧速度都会得到相应的调整。

如果只是指定了火源的热释放速率HRRPUA,反应参数可能不需要调整,不需要在输入文件中添加任何的REAC行。

(College of Safety Science and Engineering,Civil Aviation University of China,Tianjin 300300,China) Abstract:Graphical modeling tool PyroSim from FDS was ap- plied to simulate the aircraft cabin enclosed fire.Through the model test and experience formula contrast,the cabin smoke spread speed,visibility and temperature changes over time un- der two scenarios of cabin doors closed and cabin doors open were analyzed.Results showed that the cabin simulation can in- dicate the heat and smoke distribution in the cabin visually; good ventilation can improve the visibility so as to ensure the e- vacuation efficiency;cabin material design can lower the heat release rate.
