入座有讲究
最得体的入座方式是从左侧入座。当椅 子被拉开后,身体在几乎要碰到桌子的距 离站直,领位者会把椅子推进来,腿弯碰 到后面的椅子时,就可以坐下来了。用餐 时,上臂和背部要靠到椅背,腹部和桌子 保持约一个拳头的距离。两脚交叉的坐姿 最好避免。
一· 座次安排 西餐座次安排和中餐有很大不同。 情况不同,座次也有不同的,下面说下: 西餐一般都使用长桌。 如果男女二人同去餐厅,男士应请女士坐在自己的右边,还得注意不可让她坐在 人来人往的过道边。若只有一个靠墙的位置,应请女士就座,男士坐在她的对面。 如果是两对夫妻就餐,夫人们应坐在靠墙的位置上,先生则坐在各自夫人的对面。 如果两位男士陪同一位女士进餐,女士应坐在两位男士的中间。 如果两位同性进餐,那么靠墙的位置应让给其中的年长者。 西餐还有个规矩,即是:每个人入座或离座,均应从座椅的左侧进出。举行正式 宴会时,座席排列按国际惯例:桌次的高低依距离主桌位置的远近而右高左低, 桌次多时应摆上桌次牌。同一桌上席位的高低也是依距离主人座位的远近而定。 西方习俗是男女交叉安排,即使是夫妻也是如此。 二: 宴会座次安排: 按照国际惯例,桌次高低以离主桌位置远近而定,右高左低;同一桌上,席位高 低以离主人的座位远近而定。同时男女穿插安排,以女主人的座位为准,主宾坐 在女主人的右上方,主宾夫人坐在男主人的右上方。礼宾次序是排定座位的主要 依据,同时也要考虑客人之间的关系,适当照顾一些特殊情况。译员一般坐在主 宾的右侧。
面包的吃法
先用两手撕成小块,再用左手拿来吃是原则。吃 硬面包时,用手撕不但费力而且面包屑会掉满地, 此时可用刀先切成两半 ,再用手撕成块来吃 。避 免像用锯子似的害是非曲直包 ,应先把刀刺入中央 部分,往靠近自己身体的部分切下 ,再将面包转过 来切断另一半。切时可用将面包固定,避免发出声 响。

Gan Bei! Besides beer, the official Chinese alcoholic beverage is Bai Jiu, high-proof Chinese liquor made from assorted grains.

The second best one is the seat on the left hand of the main one ,usually for the host.
Then the right part followed by the left part. Because in our point, the right is inferior to the left. The last is the person who is sitting in the opposite of the main seat.

SITTING DOWN
Although Chinese like to eat at the round-table, the different seats have different suggestions. The main seat that should be seated by the most important person is the one facing the door, with the best view.
After you eat the seafood, a cup of water will also be served with two pieces of lemon in it. Don‘t mistake that for drink. It’s for washing your hands.

DRINKING
If you don't want to be drunk, you can say "I'm allergic" before dinner.
Do fill your neighbors' cups before you do yours.
If you are the proposer, keep your hand and cup lower unless you are the leader or the senior.
Never take the last bit from a serving dish. Do not smoke or talk about sad experiences. Do not talk with your mouth full.

The second best one is the seat on the left hand of the main one ,usually for the host.
Then the right part followed by the left part. Because in our point, the right is inferior to the left. The last is the person who is sitting in the opposite of the main seat.
