1.问：我递交的文件是按要求准备的，可仍被拒签了，我究竟还需要带什么文件？答：如果是这样只能说明文件材料可能是“全而不精”,没能说明关键问题---你没有移民倾向,你在留学时会遵守签证条款并按时离美回国。
因此再次申请时，首先要准备一份详尽的解释信，说明自己的家庭情况，经济情况和工作情况等等。
其次用各种材料加以辅证。
比如提供自己家人的工作证明，工资单说明自己留学资金是有正常来源；再者提供有着自己名字的房产证或是车产证，说明自己在中国有好的生活，没有移民倾向；或者提供自己其他国家的旅游记录，特别是旅游签证严格的国家，比如英国，加拿大或是澳大利亚，让签证官相信你有遵守别国法律的良好记录。
2．问被拒签的申请人要等待多长时间后，才可再次申请签证？答：拒签后何时再次申请并没有时间限制。
只要能提交足够补充文件或证明，你就可以重新申请。
不过凡是被拒签过的人，再次申请的面谈时间都一般是在星期四。
